I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect place for a small group. Just the husband and I for our anniversary this trip. Cute, clean and comfortable! Beds slept well. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Close to beach access. Only thing is the Old Smokey grill has seen its better day. We made it work. Def will be back with our small groups again.

Reviewer Comments: Easy check in and Swede’s, house was clean and perfect for my 2year old to run around from the gate at the top of the stairs to the fenced in yard, I didn’t have to worry about him getting out and wondering off. Bunk beds in the one room were ideal for him with it being low to the ground. Only issue we had were the birds nesting under the house and their mess but that didn’t impact our stay. Outdoor shower was ideal for washing after the beach. Having a gas grill was fantastic as saved us so much time.

We opted to bring our own linens, but no one told us we needed to provide our own garbage bags.
