Very close to the beach and many of the local attractions. Everyone enjoyed the stay.

Everything was great.

Parking was easy with plenty of room for our three vehicles. Outer door locks were a little finicky, but we figured them out. The house is very spacious and accommodated our group of 9 easily. The mattress on the fold-out couch is suitable only for a small child as it is very thin. Carpeting overall could use a good cleaning. We could not get any of the grills to work and they were all pretty dirty.

This house is gorgeous. Everything you could need. Beautiful view, plenty of parking, comfortable beds. We’d love to stay again for a longer period of time. Host was very responsive and so kind. Much better than any hotel and it was great having friends with us. Great location, convenient to everything.

The check in process was easy. The house was spacious and fully equipped with all the things we needed!

8 adults had a great stay. 2 of our group ran the Gulf coast marathon and we were able to cheer them on from the house. The views were spectacular of both sunsets and sunrise!

Our host was exceptional. The house is clean and well stocked with pantry items, soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Unfortunately my husband fell ill during the trip and couldn’t travel as planned. James kindly let us stay an additional day to let him recover. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

This was our second time staying at this property. It’s very clean and spacious. We will definitely rebook next time when we are in town.

The host had lots of amenities and it was very comfortable for the family to be together while we were in town. It was very clean and the view of the water was delightful.! The host was very kind and quick to talk to us and we had no problems at all. All in all it was perfect.

House is very nice and spacious. Very convenient to all the area has to offer. Host very accessible and communicative. Gas grill needs to be fixed, we were expecting to use it but it was inoperable. I would definitely book again!

House is laid out for the way it is used with plenty of private bathrooms. There was some electrical damage from storm and the owner was excellent in his response. It is a great property to stay at. Conveniently located to everything you plan to do in this area. Owner stays up with things from inconsiderate renters. Would be very happy to stay here again.

The beach house was beautiful and well stocked. Everything was just as pictures showed. We found everything that we needed. We were a group of 5, the ladies were classmates/ close friends through high school. We found the stairs to be a bit of a challenge, but overall, well worth it. Check out Blue Pelican 2. The houses look the same, but it has a cargo lift for luggage, etc.

The property was great only down side i was looking forward to using the outdoor kitchen but unfortunately a part was on back order other than that ot was great

Great place to stay. Little pricey but makes up for it with amenities. Full bathroom in every room. Kitchen with everything you need to cook with. Nice beds, very clean. Beautifull view of the water. Floats and toys for children to play on the beach with. Parking can be tight ,we had four vehicles but doable. Next time we will stay much longer. No complaints worth what you spend.

The property was perfect for our family vacation! The location is ideal ! The house is beautiful and spacious with plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. It is well stocked with everything you could imagine. . .lots of small details scatered throughout the house . The checkin process was convenient. The host went above and beyond . This is the best vacation home we have found. . . By far our best VRBO experience!!

This house is very nice. The kitchen has everything you need. Very clean. Property owner was easy to contact and accommodating. Right across the street from a quite beach. Big kitchen and living room area which was great for gathering with my friends.

We stayed here while attending a work conference and we were so pleased with the stay! The home was very spacious and homey! The location could not have been better - very close to the main part of town. We enjoyed this home and will definitely be back next year!

we came down for cheer competitions. It held me and my staff of coaches perfectly and we had so much fun. It was clean, great location and the host was so kind and accommodating to our check out times. We will definitely be back!

We are group of moms and 11-year old daughters from Baton Rouge; we stayed here for a cheerleading competition. We loved the house and it was just a few miles to the convention center.

Excellent communication from owner. Easy check in and out. Thoughtfully stocked and decorated. Beautiful views. Spacious and clean home in a convenient location. Plenty of parking space.

There were 8 of us and the house was plenty big to allow everyone their own space. Great house that is furnished well and a great location to the casino’s and restaurants. Third time staying at the property and it is now our go to place!
