Great trip!! Awesome house!!!

Everything was excellent! The pool, spa and beach was great. The whole place was spotless and clean. Beds were comfortable. Will be booking again.

It has a nice pool with spa and grill overlooking the dunes. There were plenty of comfortable bedrooms and baths and we enjoyed the pool-level den with a ping pong table. There’s a bedroom/full bath and laundry area on this level as well. Everything was clean and had everything needed for preparing and cooking food. Cinnamon Beach Vacations staff were friendly and brought us a guest bag with tee shirts and hosted a candy buffet on the 4th.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved this house! We had 7 adults and two kids, and there was plenty of space for us. The house feels luxurious and was definitely the highlight of the stay. It had everything we needed and lots of extras that normally a rental might not have (like additional dishes, games and puzzles, beach toys and accessories, etc). The view from the main living area windows is absolutely incredible! The pool was very nice and a great size. We also walked down to the family pool and had a great time there! The beach access was so nice and even my two year old could walk there on her own! In terms of location, Publix is only about five minutes away which was a life saver. Most of the typical beach style restaurants were about 15-30 minutes drive towards either St Augustine or the Flagler beach area. Our favorite was Crabby's and we also liked the White Lion and the Funky Pelican. We did a day trip to St Augustine which was great and there is a lot to explore there. The main attraction is definitely the house itself over the location but it wasn't too far to the other spots! The only issue we had was the heater on the pool and hot tub was not working, but they worked quickly to get it fixed. We really had a great time and I'd definitely recommend this house to others!

We loved the beach house! So spacious and beautiful! Coffee in the morning while watching the sunrise over the ocean was so special! Great neighborhood and location! Played golf at nearby Hammock Beach and the house was the perfect location for our girls golf trip! Highly recommend!

We had the max limit of family members in this beautiful home on the beach. Everything was in walking distance in the neighborhood. Publix was a short drive. There were 6 bedrooms and six full bathrooms. Having a full bathroom on each of the three floors was amazing. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The problem was the elevator did not work and I’m disabled. This was a huge problem!!!!!! The ice maker and dishwasher did not work either. The owners have to replace or repair these necessary items or your stay will be subpar in this beautiful home. We will return but only if repairs are made. JLS

We had the beat time at Cinnamon Beach! Everyone loved having their own bathroom! We all loved the house. The only negative was that the elevator didn’t work and the pool needed cleaning. Other than that, it was great!

Reviewer Comments: The house seemed lovely from the exterior and the location was tough to beat. The house had a fishy smell immediately after it was cleaned. The floors were filty, our feet were black. The hot tub and elevator didn't work - two big features we felt were worth the price. When the dishwasher ran, water leaked through the ceiling into one of the bedrooms. Several drawers were broken in the kitchen and the kitchen wasn't sufficiently stocked for 12 guests.
