Stayed Jul 19, 2025House was filthy. Family members were receiving electric shocks when stepping into the pool. This should be addressed as this is a safety hazard. Did like the location of the house and privacy of the bedrooms.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025The location was a two minute walk to the ocean. The pool with a fence allowed us to be sure the young kids stayed safe. Lots of room for 6 adults and 7 kids. The grandkids loved it!

Stayed Jul 27, 2024Our family had a wonderful time and took full advantage of the beach, volleyball court, basketball hoop (both on the driveway and in the pool). We even walked up to the nearby tennis courts for some play. The beach access is super convenient, a short, easy walk. While the house is very spacious it is a bit run down. The enormous wrap around porch is lovely, however, it needs to be renovated as it is quite old and hasn't been maintained. The volleyball court was full of weeds, we spent several hours pulling weeds to make it more enjoyable. The rooms where very large but a little musty downstairs. If you are ok with not super plush accommodations, this is a great house. It worked well for our family because everyone is pretty laid back. The houses on either side of us were more updated and luxury. All in all, we had a fantastic time and will cherish our week together for years to come.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024I hosted a family group that included infants, toddler, young kids, teens and adults! It was a great house to accommodate all of our needs. Proximity to the beach and a few great restaurants was a plus. The pool was great and the kids used it everyday! I would rent again!
