Easy access to beach and walking distance to restaurants& pier. Pup loved the backyard.

Fantastic location, great level fenced in backyard for our dog. It was just my husband and myself so we didn’t need the second bedroom but loved having the 1 and a half baths. Would also work well for a couple and 2 younger children although there is only a shower, no bathtub. Kitchen was well equipped and the living area had a nice size dining table and 2 sitting areas. Enjoyed sitting on the covered deck in the backyard. Couldn't see the ocean but could still feel the breeze. Only 1 house back from the beach. Had a terrific time and will definitely come again.

Excellent location! Enjoyed a long weekend with our pups at the beach. The fenced in yard was a great for our fur babies. The house was well stocked for a comfortable stay.

Great little beach cottage. AC worked great, plenty of towels. Kitchen fine. If you plan to use pull out couch bring a foam mattress topper if you can.

We enjoyed our stay, the house had everything we needed and was clean , well stocked and just steps to the beach.

We enjoyed our second stay in this house. The house and location are great and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs.

My favorite place to stay. Clean house, beach access, fenced in yard. We have senior dogs It’s great having everything so close to the beach and we love being able to walk to our favorite restaurants. Great neighbors too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, The house offers very comfortable living for a party of 2, for a romantic get away. It's located at the beach, a wonderful opportunity for watching the sunrise, walking and talking alongside the breaking surf.The house has a very comfortable dining room with view of the secluded back yard, adjacent to the full kitchen. We enjoyed preparing our own meals between visits to St Augustine for site seeing.

Property as listed, would definitely stay again.

Just the perfect weekend to celebrate my Dad’s 83rd birthday. We made fabulous memories and especially enjoyed having our senior dogs with us. House was great. The only thing was the tile flooring was very slippery / we just had to be careful walking around. Backyard was great especially with the porch.

We enjoyed our time in this house(more time than usual because of continual rain). Everything we needed was at our fingertips. More than enough towels. The kitchen was full of everything we needed. Air conditioner worked properly. Ues, the shower is small, but that can't be helped. We will return.

The property was exactly what we needed with two spoiled Shitzu two year olds. It was quick driving distance to salt Water Cowboys and the. Visitors center parking with access to St. George and Surrounding amenities. Short walk over sand dunes was pleasant. Noise was well controlled compared to a condo.

This place is awesome. Location is great, close to the beach and within walking distance to multiple restaurants and stores.

This is a great house just a short walk to the beach. Both house and beach were very pet friendly. Kitchen was well set up with everything you need.

The location is great. Short walk to the beach and in the opposite direction a lot of good restaurants within walking distance. House was spacious enough for the two of us and our 2 small dogs. As told in the other reviews, the shower is tiny. No exaggeration tiny. Shower curtain touching you tiny. But for us the walk ability to the beach, restaurants, shopping and fenced backyard made up for it. Things to note: The beach is dog friendly and there were lifeguards on duty every day we were there. Just remember to check when the tide is coming in. We saw a lot of people set up close to the ocean daily and at some point in the day they were chasing their items down the beach because that tide came in fast.

Couldn't be happier with our stay. Place was roomy, clean, well stocked. Location is amazing! So close to the beach, and walking distance from plenty of shops and restaurants. Beautiful city with lots of history. Beach was not too crowded. Fenced yard perfect for the dog. Definitely want to come back again.
