Cancellation outside one (1) month prior to arrival a $120 cancellation fee will be charged, and all remaining deposit will be refunded.
Strictly NO parties, functions, excessive noise, or additional visitors allowed, and no pets (unless authorised) or smoking permitted. We ask you to be considerate short-term neighbours and adhere our quiet time between 10pm and 7am.
