Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island, located approximately 30 minutes from The Strand & other great Galveston attractions. You will have exclusive access to our beach that is clean & groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax & unwind, away from the crowds.

The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned facility and offers resort style amenities for guests who choose to purchase access. Use of these amenities is optional.
Resort Fee: $25 per person (ages 4+), per stay. *Beach club policy only allows 3 amenity bands per bedroom. It includes use of:
• Beach Club pool and seasonally heated Bayside pool with lazy river
• Hot tubs
• Basketball & Pickleball court and a modest game/exercise room
• Seasonal family activities are offered throughout the year.
• The Pointe Restaurant opens seasonally for lunch and dinner.

The Beach Club will email an invoice directly to you. After payment, wristbands may be picked upon arrival at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9 AM–5 PM.
Please note: The resort fee is nonrefundable, so we recommend waiting until closer to your arrival before purchasing.

Important: We manage the rental home only. We do not oversee the Beach Club, its amenities, the restaurant, pools, beach access, or elevators. Refunds and/or cancellations are not given for any closures they may experience.

•     Guests may enjoy the beach and Beach Club amenities before check in and after check with wristband purchase.
•     All condos are accessible by stairs or elevator. If elevators are out of service, stair access will be required.
No refunds or alternative accommodations are provided for elevator outages.
•     Minimum age requirement: 26+
•     No prom, graduation, or high school groups, even with chaperones.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season starts June 1 and ends November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully! These are located in the rental agreement.

    The house was clean and roomy. we enjoyed our stay. Although it was listed to sleep 10 people the kitchen was not outfitted for a group. For example, there were only 2 pots, 2 pans, and 1 measuring cup. I do understand limiting things like toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags but the amount supplied should take into account the size of the group. There were not enough towels and the bedding (blankets, comforters was pretty sparse as well.The porch had 4 chairs and 2 small side tables. No other porch furniture. Again we enjoyed our visit but there are details that could be improved to make this a house that is truly made for a bigger group as advertised

    My family had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean and just as described. The house had a wonderful view and was a short walk to the beach crossover. My only suggestion would be to add an outdoor picnic table. Thanks for a wonderful and relaxing stay!y

    We enjoyed the house, proximity to the beach, cleanness. I would recommend adding a picnic table/sitting and the grill downstairs. We will definitely come back!
