Stayed Dec 5, 2025The house smelled very moldy and there were ants all over the main level. Also, the air conditioning was very hard to regulate. If those things could be remedied, it would be a great place to stay.

Stayed Sep 3, 2025Clean and cozy rooms. Our host was wonderful and answered my questions in good time. Great pool…. Clean! Balcony did not appear to be sturdy for us to be on so we stayed off. Otherwise, it was amazing!!!

Stayed Mar 29, 2025We enjoyed our stay here. Accommodated our family of 6, ranging from 14 to 84. Pretty much everything in the house was updated. Beds comfortable, pool kept clean, nice, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed seeing the wildlife in the water runoff behind the fence.Not really walking distance to any restaurants or bars as listed but still close to drive to major roads and shopping/restaurants.

Stayed Mar 15, 2025This home is beautiful with lots of upgraded appliances. Location was great for our visit to spring training. I have to agree with a previous review that the upstairs bedroom with the 2 single beds is very warm and does not cool down like the rest of the home. We purchased a fan and left it for future guests to enjoy. The common area sleeping space is the couch. There is no pull out so that is also a little misleading in the description.

Stayed Nov 26, 2024Home has only 1 outlet for kitchen.i tried contacting property owner on Thursday about TV going black after about 10 minutes finally responded on Sunday(check out day).Shower does not hold water in.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024We couldn’t have asked for a better home to rent and enjoy our trip. The home was clean and had any and everything needed to enjoy our time together with dear friends. The home was minutes from everywhere we wanted to go and visit. Taylor, the owner was promptly responsive to any question or concern we had and keep in touch with us. Thank you for a wonderful trip

Stayed Mar 6, 2024Bedroom with twin beds had no ventilation. Room very warm and unable to comfortably sleep in. Listing stated double bed in common area and it was referring to a sectional sofa not a sofa sleeper. Overall house is beautifully done. But really only suitable for 3 couples.
