We were very happy with the house and the neighborhood, it was close to everything we needed.

We loved this lovely home. Absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Easy to get to and very close to Ft Moore, less than 10 minute drive. The owner was a very nice, thoughtful lady.

Host was very welcoming and accommodating. House was spotless. Basic Amenities provided. Extremely close to our sons turning Green Ceremony at Ft Benning. We had questions when we arrived and she was very responsive.

Yes reached out to me in the evening made sure everything was good and made sure I had her contact information and told me I could call her anytime.

Great visit with our Army son. I cooked an entire Thanksgiving dinner in this well appointed kitchen. Place was so clean!

We stayed here for my son's army, basic training graduation & it was very nice & close to base. It was seriously only a few minutes away under 5 miles which was so nice not having to travel any farther since we already flew from out of state and drove an hour and a half from the Atlanta airport. The host herself was trustworthy, very personable and kind. She was very flexible, and we really appreciated her working with us. We had to catch our flights several hours before my son had to be back to base, I felt terrible about it because he had nowhere to go & she was kind enough to let him stay there after we left for the day until he had to return to base! On your way to the Rental House don’t let the surrounding neighborhood fool/scare you. The house itself is very well taken care of & cute and the closer you get to the house, the nicer the neighborhood gets. It is a rough area in spots surrounding Columbus, but that was fine by us. We wanted to stay close to base. We felt very safe in this house and area of the neighborhood. We enjoyed having our own bedrooms, beds were comfortable (we slept well)! It felt like a little home away from home so if you are looking for somewhere to stay that makes you feel at home as a family yet still gives everyone enough room for their own privacy, this is your place. Just a couple minutes from Walmart, military surplus stores and fast food. About a 15-minute drive to a bigger city area with nice restaurant's, shopping, etc.

This was a great location for the family to stay while in town for graduation at Fort Benning. House was clean and well furnished. Neighborhood was quiet and host was responsive. Highly recommend!

We had a great time! The place was cute and cozy. Perfect location for our son’s Turning Green ceremony. When we locked ourselves out, we were rescued pretty quickly lol. Very responsive and kind host. Would book again!!

This house was perfect for eight of us. The three rooms were roomy and beds were comfortable. Great location for our SIT at Ft Benning. Host was amazing. Checked on us to make sure all was good.

The house was very clean and the kitchen was well appointed. There was a washer & dryer for your use. Air conditioning kept the house cool and comfortable. The host was always available and answered all of our questions. The cul-de-sac was quiet and the neighbors were friendly.

The house was perfect for our group. The water is very hot in the showers, beds were comfy with plenty of pillows and extra blankets if needed. The kitchen was very nice and the back porch area was a nice place to relax too. The neighborhood was very quiet and we didn’t hear any cars at night. Perfect place and very clean!

My family and I stayed here during my son's graduation from basic at Fort Moore. It was a beautiful place and only 5 minutes from the base. The house had great gathering spots both inside and out, the back porch was a favorite spot for all of us. The host was very responsive both before and during our stay and I would recommend this house for anyone looking to stay near the base.

This is a very nice home in a lovely neighborhood. It was clean and stocked with all we needed. I was so impressed with the decorations that I could tell were selected with care. The owner made sure we felt right at home! Most of all the personal touch the owner made either calling or texting to ask if there was anything we needed was really appreciated.Whenever we come back to Columbus I will be looking for availability! The house was warm and inviting. It was the perfect set up for what we were looking for with our combined family for our son’s graduation from Fort Moore. The Host was accommodating and very Kind. Also communication was excellent! We would stay again

Tymisha was ready and willing to help out with the only issue we had (the T.V. Firestick). She called the provider and they called back and walked us through setting it up after the server update was complete. Very clean and comfortable for a small group. We highly recommend the Blue Ivey Estates property.

This home was perfect for our family of 7! The house was furnished very nicely and the rooms and bathrooms were clean and well kept. The kitchen was larger than we expected, with newer appliances, and was great for cooking in. The laundry room was tucked out of the way of the living spaces but still very convenient. The bonus/game room was perfect for the downtime days and gave us some room to spread out. There are a lot of decorative pieces spread throughout the living room spaces. They are really lovely, but it is something to be mindful of if you have young toddlers/rambunctious children. The host was so sweet and helpful - the best one we've had so far! She really stood out to us. This place really worked out well for our family and we definitely recommend this listing to those looking in the Columbus area!
