Mitch’s Place was the ideal getaway location. The house was clean and comfortable. The pool and kayaks were great amenities which made our vacation more enjoyable.

Mitch and Lu are the best! Very quick to respond and accommodating for all our requests and any issues we had. Our family had plenty of space, the beds were comfortable, everyone loved the pool, and you can’t beat the location! Thanks so much.

Great house, lovely location. Definitely will go out. Very responsive. I have never stayed at a home with as many towels as this location, so appreciated. Pool and other activites were appreciated.

With a minor hiccup in the reservation process, Mitch was very accommodating and quick to find a solution. We are very thankful for their generosity and rapid response to questions we had. We would definitely book through Mitch and Lu again!

Fabulous vacation home in the Florida Keys. Oceanside pool with an unbelievable view.Boat dock with easy access. Rented a boat from. Nothing Better Boat Rentals which I highly recommend. Swimming, fishing, snorkeling,. Something for everyone to do. We had a blast and our week in the Keys just flew by. Less than 30 minutes from Key West and many excellent restaurants nearby. Mitch and the crew were friendly and responsive. Would definitely rent this home again. Best vacation in a long time.

It’s all we needed and more.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Some areas that were not so great: interior of the home could use a deep clean, the exterior grounds by the pool area was quite unkept with trash throughout the trees. Deck and Pool decking needs repair. Overall this home needs some TLC. Mitch was outstanding with replies and assistance and was attentive to any need or question. The proximity to Key West is also a plus. Check before booking if the dock set up will accommodate your boat.

Perfect property for family of 6. Close to amazing restaurants and beach!Pool was fabulous after along day at the beach. Richie the do it all helper was a delight we can’t wait to return!!

Our week-long stay at the blue house was absolutely perfect. From the cozy feel of the house to the view and the free kayaks, we could not have asked for a better rental. Mitch and Lu are so kind, helpful, and responsive. We cannot imagine ever staying anywhere else in the Keys. The amenities such as the washer and dryer, dishwasher, pool, and TV made us never want to leave the property. We loved how secluded and quiet the property was as well. We cannot recommend the blue house enough and hope to be back soon!

This property was an excellent choice for our family of 8, three generations! The property is secluded and very quiet. Many amenities! Fishing with the boys was great. The pool is very comfortable. Having the “Kickin Back Market” up on the corner was so convenient! Seeing “Fat Albert” the blimp everyday was fun! Thank You so much Lu and Mitch!

Upon arriving the view was breathtaking, the check in process was so easyAnd it was just as it stated There were however a few perks that I didn’t notice listedOther than a heated pool we had a family friend a 3’ iguana that hung around for some cute pics daily and the sea shelf was really cool to paddle board and explore on Thanks for a wonderful time

Arrival was easy and property was as shown in pictures. Enjoyed the secluded vibe and private pool. Mitch was great with information and responded quickly with whatever came up during our stay. Pontoon boat being delivered to the property made the stay even better. Close to Key West and nearby stores. Would definitely visit again

The pictures do not do the house justice. The house has everything you could need and the host was amazing to work with.

We found the Blue house to meet our needs

We had a great time in the blue house. Our party of 6 had plenty of room. The view is great from the deck and the pool was nice to have. We rented a boat for a day and we were glad we did. Key West is an easy drive. We spent a few evenings there. The home is not fancy but has a nice “beach house” feeling.

Very nice home right on the water. House was clean and well equipped. Mitch was great to work with and very responsive. Will definitely book with him again!!!!
