- All occupants are required to perform Normal household duties that include, but are not limited to:
o Garbage removal, place in garbage can and secure it due to animals
o Cleaning of individual and guest dishes
o Notification to owner of any damages or problems with the property
- Fireplaces/fire pit/grill are to be used appropriately and responsibly
- Lock home when leaving unattended with personal door code
