Great place

Great location and beautiful home! It was a little too chilly to take advantage of the beach, but super close for warmer trips! We had a great stay and recommend to future travelers.

Hot tub in the winter was fantastic! House was clean. Plenty of towels. Host was very responsive before and during stay.

The biggest issues were how dirty the property was: spiderwebs in the kitchen, around the fireplace, mildew on pillows, black mold in the guest bathroom, a layer of dirt on chairs, chairs that were flaking paint, dirty dishes when we arrived, dirty curtains (some sort of white stain), but generally just dusty and dirty everywhere. This is very frustrating when we're already paying a sizable cleaning fee that is clearly not being used effectively.Then there were some additional issues with amenities that were missing: the blender did not work when we arrived. And there were no measuring cups (dry or liquid), which we were told would be present).The toilet stopped working one day and we had to wait overnight for a plumber to come out. During that time we found out that they've had a lot of problems at the property including furnace and the same plumbing issue only a year prior which I guess the underlying issue (roots in the sewage line), have not been fixed.And then there were a lot of strange things done wrong/not prepped correctly that made the stay worse: the nightstand I had was not assembled correctly -- the top lid would just pop right off if lifted at all. When I first arrived, the shower arm flange in the guest bathroom was pulled away from the wall, revealing a large hole into the wall. And in the same bathroom they had installed quarter round trim in the shower itself, which is odd as that is normally something you put on the ground.Bad experience; stay away

We went to MI City for a girls weekend and had an awesome time!! The house was very nice ….exactly as listed!! It was very close to the Outlet Mall & Casino. We would definitely book this house again!!

Great place to stay. Easy to get to and close to the beach, casino and parks. Communication with the owner was great and he made sure our stay was wonderful.!

Amazing location for anyone wanting a short walk to the beach. Safe, nice neighborhood. The house itself is spacious and has many amenities like the game room and hot tub. As a person with sensitive skin, I was happy about the hot tub. It was actually clean and had balanced chemicals. To top things off, the host was a good communicator. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

We stayed here for a friends bachelorette and could not have been more pleased!The host communicated everything so so well. The house was lovely and just like the listing. Good location and wonderful amenities included!

Great stay. Easy beach access. Enjoyed the hot tub and Pac-Man gaming. Beds were comfortable. Had all we needed.

Clean property and description and pictures were accurate

We were looking for a weekend get away close to Chicago that could be fun for a young child and teenagers. This fit the bill: close to the beach, shopping, and 1.5 hours from all travelers. The house is about 3.5 blocks from the beach. The beach was awesome - clean soft sand, and great waves. This was a great draw for our teens.The house it self was a good place for playing games, and enough bedrooms for our whole family (including our son’s dog). However, it is dated.

Booked this property for my family in July 2025. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The beds are comfortable, beach towels provided, among many other things provided, it was really appreciated so that we didn't have to pack more. Hoping to come back next summer!

Very nice home. The beds were comfortable, the home was clean, the hot tub was wonderful. The only thing that was disappointing was we were unable to enjoy the game room/garage because of the temperature. If we had known it was not heated we would have brought a small heater with ue.

We loved our stay here! There are so many spots around the property to gather and relax. The 10 minute walk to the beach is convenient!

We dont get to take family vaycays very often and this was exactly what we needed! This home made us fall in love with the town and everything it had to offer! Great location from the beach, the zoo, shopping and great restaurants! Will def be heading here again soon!
