Blue Bird Tiny House Shipping Container: Hot Tub + Rooftop Deck in Hocking Hills

Such a nice little getaway. Secluded enough where it was private and peaceful, but also had a fun little community room with games. very cozy and relaxing, everything you could ask for in a getaway.

Wonderful stay! Loved the hot tub! The home was very clean and in a beautiful remote and quiet setting. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect from start to finish! We loved the Bluebird . So cozy inside and the place /property was beautiful and in pristine condition! We enjoyed all of it from the hot tub to the fire pit to the rooftop deck . And our host was wonderful and very responsive , making sure everything was perfect . Do not hesitate to book a stay at The Bluebird!

The container house was beautifully decorated and it was spotless. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the peace and quiet. I enjoyed the rooftop deck, the clamshell seat was so comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and the game room was more than we expected. Thank you for an excellent stay.

We were excited to stay in a shipping container, but turned out to be not what we saw in pics. When we first pulled up to the property, there was an old faded Bday sign. Not our bday! Front porch was covered in debris, patio furniture was dirty and roof top furniture was ripped up bad. The bathroom is not mentioned in rental info. Its a shower/toilet combo and the smell was awful!! The bathroom floors are very dirty and moldy. We found a sock under the bed (not ours) and a stain on comforter. I would bet that the linens hadnt been changed. I just had a feeling about it. Upon opening the hottub, we found a pre-roll container floating around, and the grill was covered in burnt chicken. We had to clean that prior to grilling. This rental may sound cool and the pics look nice, but definitely not worth the money you pay. Also, they leave you a couple snacks that are expired.We love HH, but will not stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay, only issue we had was an empty propane tank, they swapped it out quick and were good to go, also helped me find a place to ride our atv that didn't require a state sticker. Bed was comfy, ac worked well, hot tub felt amazing after riding, had privacy, host responded quickly, would recommend and stay agian!

Way too expensive for the quality of rental. Outside furniture is ripped up. Three lights were out. The AC unit didn’t even cool down the whole building it just stayed in one area making it seem like the new add on is letting in hot air. The hot tub was sort of green like it needed chlorine or something. Overall the place wasnt crazy clean but not dirty either.

Great stay. Lots of fun free games. Great stargazing.

The communication with the property owner was amazing. The property and cabin was great. It fit every need and want. I will be returning

We recommend Hillside retreats to anyone looking for a clean comfortable stay! They went above and beyond and placed a “Happy Anniversary” sign in front of our place. We stayed in the Bluebird. It was comfortable and fun! Hot tub was amazing after lots of hiking. Lot of privacy and not far from all the things around Hocking HIlls. Will be returning again.:)

We absolutely loved our weekend getaway at the Bluebird! From the interior decor, to the hot tub, to the roof top hangout, and the hospitality of the host throughout our stay- 100% would recommend!

The Bluebird was a great 4 day escape for my husband and I. It was perfectly located, remote and private but easy to get to all of the trails, parks and restaurants. The was our first container stay and will definitely be staying again.
