It was a lovely place to stay with wonderful view of the ocean from the living room and kitchen, as well as the deck on a nice day. Host has excellent communication, responds quickly. Just all around a very charming beach stay.

Love the Blue Beach House! We had a wonderful stay. The house is clean, bright, and has everything you need. Probably one of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in. The back deck is fantastic and there is a trail right there that leads straight to the beach. Kitchen is fully stocked and the mud room just off the kitchen is perfect. Fantastic communication with the owner. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, and the home was comfortable and well equipped. It made for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely house, exactly like photos. Very cozy, clean, and comfortable. Nicely decorated. Very well appointed kitchen with lots of nice dishes, glasses, and cookware. Ocean and beach are visible over the dunes from house/deck. Watched four deer grazing in the dunes one morning. Nice path to beach. Fenced yard was great for our little corgi. Host was very nice; good communication. House happened to be ready early, and they very kindly offered us early check in.One of the nicest places we've stayed; will definitely stay here again! (We have gotten stuck in some pretty nasty places over the last few years that looked good in the photos and were highly rated for cleanliness. It was so nice to find a place where the five stars are well deserved!)

Our trip to the Blue Beach House was outstanding. We spent Valentine’s weekend enjoying the beautifully decorated home, which provided everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The beach was just steps away, with beautiful grassy dunes outlining the shoreline. We ended each day watching the most amazing sunsets.Kristen stayed in great communication throughout our visit, making sure everything went seamlessly. We will definitely be returning to the beach house again this year!

Great coastal property with beautiful beach views. We enjoyed our walks on the beach and even made our attempt at clamming, lucked out with 6 clams. The property is great for pups with the front yard being fully fenced in. The home itself was cute, clean and had a ton of equipment for us to use. Short review: Definitely visiting the Blue Beach House again. What a great find for my solo adventure.Long review: I booked this trip as a relaxing getaway after a busy season at work and I wanted to disconnect as much as possible. Well, the fates ensured that as the first night a rather powerful wind storm ripped through and took out the power. With the weather forecast I figured this might happen - so it didn’t really bother me. The house had battery powered lanterns to use, but I had brought my own. There was extensive damage to the power lines in the area, but Grays Harbor PUD got everything back in order with a day. Xfinity, not so much…but I didn’t need internet anyway. :)The house itself is beautiful - fully stocked with every you could need (though I admittedly didn’t use the kitchen much) and a very comfortable bed. Oh, and they also have blackout blinds on all the windows – lovely detail for those of us who want to sleep in but wake up to the sun. The owners were very responsive my whole stay. I felt very comfortable the entire trip.I can’t wait to plan my next trip here with my family.

Immaculate beach home. The beds were super comfortable. And the box fans were a great touch for those who love sound while they sleep. Speaking of sound, the beach is super close and the waves are a constant roar. There is a magical path that takes you from the home to the beach. Would have loved an entire week there!

Our stay was brilliant! Everything we thought we'd need was avaliable, plus some. The home is so well done, comfortable and the walk up and fenced yard for our dog was perfect. Neighborhood was peaceful and quiet.And the view and easy walk, access to the beach made it complete. All our communications were an ease to book and I found the website description and pictures very accurate. The four of us left wanting to stay longer. My brother and his wife, back to Colorado and myself and my husband to Snohomish, feeling like we have menories for years to come that include laughter and adventures in Grayland.We will vist again.Kindy, K & J, J & F

I have to say I had High expectations for this location, property and our stay in general. This was a get away for just my Granddaughter and I we have dreamed of it since she was very little…she’s an Engineer now! We have dreamed of painting together on the Washington Coast. This was lovely beyond what we had hoped for. This is a perfect, cozy, immaculate coastal home, tucked in just a short walk out the back door to the beach. The path is easy, beautifully maintained, and we so enjoyed and appreciated the blue benches overlooking the beach to set up our easels and paint the amazing landscapes and ocean. We walked the beach, napped in the afternoon sun on the deck, cooked and ate beautiful meals together.They have provided everything we needed but the food of course, for a memory we will share forever. We are already planning a trip back!

This was our 2nd time staying at the Blue Beach house. It is in high demand and we were excited to get a spot! It did not disappoint! Everything was clean and welcoming, with nothing left to want for. The king size bed is comfy! The best thing about this house is the deck and the view... Kristen is agreat host and responds to questions quickly. The fenced in, dog friendly yard is a plus! We are always sad to leave but can't wait until next time!

Second year staying here with family. Great location to beach and other activities. Including the state park where other family were staying. Check in was seem less and facilities great for group of six (three adults and three children). Host is wonderful to work with.

The beach house was equipped very well. We enjoyed being there and seeing the ocean.

What a wonderful family trip. The cabin was just what we needed. Cooked fresh seafood and ate all our meals on the large deck. The beach was uncrowded for long walks every day. Slept like a baby every night on the amazing beds. We will be back. Thank you for sharing your special place with us.

Lovely place. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beach is amazing and from some literature included in the Welcome Book, we enjoyed traveling around to the local cranberry bogs. The bed was comfy and the sunsets spectacular. We were blessed with perfect weather! All in all -a wonderful vacation.

House was perfect for our multigenerational group. We loved the path to the beach, beautiful view, and house was stocked with everything we needed and more.

Love this place!! We’ll definitely return. The hosts seem to be pretty busy, this isn’t a chain of vacation of rentals but someone’s actual vacation home! It does take a while to get a response from the hosts —this is not their full time jobs. But the home is so well stocked that it’s not an issue at all! Everything you need is provided at the house. The beds are so comfortable, the furniture are also high quality. It does not feel like this vacation rental took the route of cheaper alternatives for the home or amenities used. We definitely plan to be back!

the property is adjacent to the road access to the beach. we bought fresh crab in Tokeland....delicious. Its the best stocked kitchen we have ever stayed at. including ground coffee, all the spices, oils and seasonings. we will go again.......when its a little warmer (23 deg this morning but it warms up quickly) If you go near a new moon you will be able to see the stars like you have never seen them before. bring a sleeping bag so you can lie on the deck and see the stars, planets and meteors. Great wifi so we could continue to watch our favorite TV series on Hulu or whatever.

Stayed on a stormy weekend. The house was just as described in the description.The owner was very kind and checked on us during the storm to make sure we were good. Easy check in, easy check out.House furnished nicely all the amenities you need. Short little walk to the beach. We had a wonderful time. Would gladly return definitely go again.

The blue beach house kept us warm and cozy during the bomb cyclone that hit Washington State in November of 2024.

We came to razor clam and were very fortunate in a break in the weather for Friday dig. Saturday was very stormy making us very glad we had such a comfortable place to watch the stormy beach from. The beach house is beautifully situated and had everything you could wish for in all respects. Comfortable beds, two bathrooms with great linens. Fully equipped kitchen, large dining table great for games while brownies cooked. Only drawback was it was too stormy to dig on Saturday but they don’t control the weather and it did provide a front row seat to the storm.

Three of us spent the weekend at this awesome cottage, where the view was beautiful, even in the November rain! The beds were comfortable, the living area inviting, and a fully stocked kitchen and excellent WiFi. We enjoyed walks on beautiful Grayland Beach and preparing some meals in. We also had excellent meals at two of our favorite restaurants: dinner at Bennett's in Westport, and Sunday Brunch at the Tokeland Hotel! Thank you, Kristen, for your timely and helpful responses to questions, and for providing just the respite we needed.

The beds were so comfortable. Please share what they are! My daughter loved playing with the tinker toys in the games closet. This house is so peaceful.

Home away from home! The location was absolutely perfect, the views were stunning, the cleanliness was superb and oh my goodness were the beds ever so comfortable. We really enjoyed out stay and cannot wait to rerurn hopefully next year. Thank you again!

Honest Review: This place might have been nice at one time but during our stay it was very disappointing.. When we arrived I felt like I was around a trailer park like atmosphere... We checked in and the home was dirty. The bathtub was clogged with hair and bugs coming in from the vents... The pillows were yellow and couch was dirty. The batteries to the TV were dead and many food products expired. The pictures that were listed are old. This is not an ocean view. You see very minimal view and the grass is overgrown.... I requested the cleaning fee be refunded as my family and I spent the first day cleaning and unclogging the tub. The host declined to refund until VRBO contacted the host. Then I recieved a text indicating I would get the cleaning fee back and that we are to be out at 11AM sharp and that her husband will be there at 11AM to make sure we are out and to change the code. Felt as if they were trying to intimidate us. To the point we left a day early even though we paid for that day. I have saved the text messages and pictures and when we left it was such a bad feeling with such disappointment. The flooring was sinking in many area's with rot. I know because I demo and install floors for sometime.. So I became worried about mold. There was mouse poop found. The beds were extremely uncomfortable in the double bed room. King bed was comfortable. Shower pressure and hot water was great. Plenty of DVDS to choose from. Fans for the rooms provided. No A/C in the unit.

My 4th or 5th stay. Will be back.

Enjoyed our stay the Blue Beach House. Peaceful and quiet—just what we needed. Responsive host—especially when in our excitement to get to the beach—I managed to lock the entry code inside and needed to call host for the code! Duh! Beautiful walks on the beach and gorgeous sunsets.

The Blue Beach House is wonderful! Roomy, comfortable, clean, everything we need and more. We've stayed before, and it seems there are always new touches that greet us when we return. A very private location in a spot looking out at the ocean that can't be beat, the host is always responsive - we'll be back!

This rental is a good value, but there were a few things we did not enjoy. The house sits back from the dunes so you don't have a full view of the beach (sand) just the water. The walk from the house to the beach is not a private trail so the first time we saw other people right by the deck we were surprised. The walk was also through mud in the dunes so after the first time going through it and having somone slip and fall we decided to walk to the nearby gravel road and then out to the beach so it was a treck for some in our group with mobility challenges. The dishwasheir does not work well so a lot of the silverware in the drawer had dried on, stuck on food, and some of the glasses in the cubbord were dirty. We originally only git 2 extra rolls of toilet paper for 7 people staying for a week, but when we reached out to the owner they they provided more. This is the best VRBO we have stayed at! Feels like home with all the amenities, very clean, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, excellent beach view, and thoughtfully decorated with the ocean/beach theme. Days at the beach were excellent with the ability to drive right down, great sand, plenty of space, & whole sand dollars. We will definitely be coming back!!

The house was great, we were quite comfortable there. There were some cleanliness issues…hair everywhere in the master bathroom, several dirty and greasy dishes in the cupboard, but overall very nice. The house is at least a good half mile walk to the ocean but is definitely worth it once you’re there. The views of the sunset are spectacular.

The Blue Beach House is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The view is just beautiful, the neighborhood and beach extremely quiet. The home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Westport area.

I have lovely childhood memories of Grayland and this house helped create wonderful memories for my own children. It had everything we needed! We loved the view and the short walk to the beach. We appreciated the games and toys-my son loved the Lincoln Logs. The kids have already asked, “Can we go back?”

The only gripe i have is that the furniture wasn't that comfortable.
