Communication was excellent from start to finish—he was very responsive, easy to reach, and clearly committed to making sure we were taken care of throughout our stay.The home itself was nicely done, newer, modern, and in a perfect location. One of our favorite amenities was the golf cart, which made getting anround incredibly easy and convenient.He went above and beyond to accommodate us and made a real effort to ensure we were comfortable. Overall, a very attentive and dedicated host who genuinely wants his guests to have a good experience. We’re grateful for his efforts and would recommend him to others

Stayed Mar 13, 2025We enjoyed our stay! The property was well equipped with everything we needed plus some bonus extras - elevator, golf cart, beach umbrella, chairs, and beach towels. Kurt our host was so responsive guiding us through the check in process and was extremely helpful giving local recommendations. Indian Rocks Beach is a great town and this was a perfect location to enjoy it!

Stayed Feb 8, 2025Ideal location in IRB, not as touristy as others along Gulf blvd, great beach steps away. Property has everything: lots of bedrooms, great kitchen & gathering area, patio, spa pool, even a hockey table. Enjoyed our stay immensely!

Stayed Sep 19, 2024Spotless, brand new townhouse that is a short walk from the beach, which I took advantage of every night to watch the sunset. Just about everything you need is supplied at the house. Kurt was a great and very responsive host, who went above and beyond helping my brother and I deal with Hurricane Helene mid vacation. Would absolutely love to visit again. Thanks again!

Stayed Aug 30, 2024This amazing location two blocks from the beach and near a lot of good restaurants was the perfect getaway for our family. Kurt has everything you could possibly need and more. All the home essentials, entertainment, golf cart, pool, bbq... We live just 30-minutes away and still felt like we were on very relaxed vacation. Highly recommend.
