Our 100-year-old, meticulously maintained 3 bed/2 bath craftsman style home is a wonderful space for families.
You’ll love its prime location and neighborhood, just 2 blocks from the beach and 1 block to Main Street, where you can find the best restaurants and shopping in Santa Monica.
Although a car is not necessary for this location, there is secure, gated driveway parking for 2 vehicles.
Our house has everything you need to enjoy the Cali lifestyle including bikes, boogie boards, and beach chairs. We also have baby supplies for families with young children.
Spend relaxing time on the lovely back patio with a grill. We also supply a washer, dryer, smart TV, and high-speed Internet with your rental.
Our home is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families with kids.

Santa Monica law requires hosts to be present during the guests stay.
I live on-site and will be available throughout your stay, but I have a private space & entrance.
You will have use of the rest of the house and two parking spaces with a private driveway.
I am available 24/7 and will personally meet every guest and make sure you're settled in and have everything you need.

Guests must comply with Santa Monica Laws including; occupancy, noise, and parties.
