Blackberry Manor | Sleeps 26, Hot Tub, Volleyball, Arcades, Pets Ok!

This was such a warm, cozy and lived in atmosphere. There were many options of entertainment for all ages. Even my two adult children spent hours playing the arcade games attempting to beat their father, who duh grew up in the 90’s. The hot tub was beautiful and nice and warm. We enjoyed the very open kitchen, dining, living area space with the giant windows and the amazing views. The neighborhood was quiet and very well kept. There was so much extra space that our family of four along with our two four legged members did not need but I could see how this location would be a great place for a large family group to enjoy.

We had such a great experience renting this home. It is in a perfect location, we has a pretty view of the lake, the host was very informative, willing to help if we needed it which we didn't but we knew if we had any problems they would be available.We will definitely rent this home again.

Loved this cabin! It has plenty of space and beautiful views of Bear Lake. I had a couple of questions during ourstay and the host was quick to respond and very gelpful with everything.

The hot tub was great and big. The cabin was perfect and beautiful besides it was dirty dirty dirty. We let the property manager know and sent pictures but I don’t think he really cared.

The host made sure we had everything we needed. There was lots of space for our group of 12.

We gathered here as a family, and it was incredibly comfy and cozy. Great area, beautiful spot over lake views. Memories were made here!

Great experience! Love the property and the view is amazing!! The hot tub was enjoyed but is not on the deck so it is hard to see the lake. Kitchen is stocked well with utensils and some cooking appliances. If we ran into an issue the host quickly responded. Lots of room, lots of wildlife and lots of fun!

Great space and location. Perfect for 15 guests. Amazing view of the lake. Just what we needed to relax, unwind and enjoy Bear Lake.

This property was beautiful. The host was amazing, the house is very spacious with lots of parking!! The hot tub is gigantic!! Plenty of room for us as a family of 11.

We stayed here for our every other year family reunion. Our family has now grown to a total of 22 people ranging in ages from 2 years all the way up to Mom and Dad/Grandma and Grandpa. This home comfortably accepted all of us with more than enough space to sleep, eat, play and just be together. The view of Bear Lake is unbeatable! Oh…! And…. This place has probably the largest hot tub that I have seen! We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The only thing that could have made it better, would be if we were able to stay longer than we did! Thank you very much!!

We loved this property! It was perfect for our family gathering. We had 10 adults and 12 kids and plenty of room! It was a short distance to a grocery store, multiple beach access points, and any amenities we needed. We would definitely rent again.

We absolutely loved the sunrise and sunset with the snow! Beautiful views! Spacious ! Easy to find Stocked with items we enjoy, coffee maker n coffee. Basic Seasonings pots pans etc Two refrigerators! Thank you! We enjoyed the space

The house was large and cozy. A few minor problems.

We had an amazing stay! We had every age at the cabin — infant up to grandparent — and everyone enjoyed themselves. It’s close to beaver mountain and had plenty of beds and space. Hot tub was bigger than we expected and very enjoyable!

Greatstay, lots of space to spread out and plenty of room to dine together. We enjoyed tge area and the amenities. Everyone in our group loved the hot tub.

We had a wonderful time at the Blackberry Manor. It accommodated our 22 person group (16 adults, 6 children, 1 dog ) very well. It was exactly the facility we were looking for and have no complaints. The views from the Manor of Bear Lake and the surrounding mountains were awesome. The host, Jake, was very helpful with the information to make are stay trouble free. We will use Prime Props again and would recommend the Blackberry Manor for your next group gathering in the Garden City area.
