Private home located on near 7 acres of private acreage, accessible year-round. Just a fairly short and scenic drive outside of downtown Black Mountain, & under 30 minutes from downtown Asheville. You are less than 45 minutes to Asheville Regional airport, and app. 30 minutes to the gates of Biltmore Estate.

The home is situated on 7+/- acres of mountain property, affording private, safe places for kids to play & explore, adults to take a hike, and everyone to relax & enjoy the unreal views. And of course there is the amazing amenities; decks, fire-pit, Game Rm, wood-burning fireplace, and more!

Located inside the private gated community of Catawba Falls Preserve near Black Mountain, with unbelievable long range views at the headwaters of the Catawba River. Totally private setting, affording bedrooms with en suites. Large soaring vaulted great room w/stone fireplace, huge chef's grade kitchen (updated with new granite, lighting and range). Second story with two guest rooms en suite baths and loft area overlooking great room and views.

Extensive wrap around deck for entertaining overlooking level back yard with privacy and VIEWS. Open floor plan features ton of natural light. Large laundry/ mud room with plenty of storage off two car garage. Recently installed metal roof, decks stained and exterior in great shape allowing you to relax and luxuriate to your heart's content. Plenty of level yard and a Family/Rec room for entertaining on lower level. End of road privacy with lots of nature around.

Kids love getting out in and around the expansive yard, and exploring the property & explore the other rolling outdoor areas. Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: This property is pet friendly, with a limit of 1 dog per stay. $130 non-refundable per pet fee applies. Please inform Guest Experience Team if wanting to bring your dog.

Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including a clear photo of a government-issued ID and a selfie photo of the primary guest holding that ID next to their face (ID must match the reservation name), as well as a photo of the payment method in the primary guest's name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
