The property was exactly as advertised and very well cleaned and maintained. This was my first experience staying in a tiny home and it left a very good first impression. The owners and managers are very attentive and never too far away and just a phone call and message away. It was far enough away from everything to be quiet but not too far. It is only an hour away from Chattanooga, TN, which is where we went for the full day. Mentone, AL is a little town down the street that’s nice to go visit and walk around. There are some nice parks nearby.

We loved this tiny cabin!! We’ve never stayed in a tiny house before and wondered if we’d like it. We’ve also wondered if we’d like to live in a tiny home. This was a grand adventure! We loved the tiny house and the tiny house community. It was so relaxing and quiet. The only negative—and it’s extremely hard to even put a negative in this review— is the outdoor grill. There was no charcoal grill and the gas grill was messed up. You could not cook on it. So, if you plan to stay here, keep that in mind, unless a new grill is included. Other than that — which is not a deal breaker— we loved our tiny house adventure and would absolutely rent this house again. We still rate this as a five star property.

Everything was perfect. Only complaint is the cabin could have been cleaner. Spider Webbs in the windows and a candy rapper up stairs. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

My husband and I throughly enjoyed getting away for a couple of nights. The place was very convenient to the restaurants.

Very nice outdoor space. The inside was worn but nice. There is a slight smell of mildew maybe from some of the linens. We did encounter a scorpion inside but it is a cabin in the woods so I didn’t think much of it without any littles to worry about.

Cute cabin, loved being out in the country. Loft has a really low ceiling and too many can lights causing it to be very warm up there, along with the heat and light of the wifi equipment. Plenty of towels but no where to hang them. There is no grocery store in the immediate area so come prepared. Enjoyed having the cabin as a hub and traveling out to see other places. Desoto State Park with its waterfalls was a great place to visit and picnic.

The area was convenient and quiet, and the place was clean and looked as advertised. The reason for the 4 rating was a few little things, certainly no big issues. There was a bit of a mixup with a text I should have received before check in, there were two very sad little pillows on the main bed, no hand towels, can opener, or extra batteries for the remote, just little stuff that make a difference.

This tiny house is lovely inside. We, also, enjoyed the front porch in the evening.

We had a wonderful stay at Black Diamond cabin. It was a great place for the two of us. Plenty of room and very well organized. Has good outdoor space and we enjoyed sitting outside by the fire in the fire pit. Found plenty of sticks and limbs for a camp fire on 3 nights. The only reason I gave it a 4 (wish I could have give a 4.5) for accuracy of listing is the washing machine did not work. We did not know that until we received a text on the second day asking if they could come and replace the washer. Of course we said yes and he did come and try to put in a new one but could not. The problem was beyond his control and we certainly understand that. My hesitancy is that I packed less clothes thinking I could wash and dry but could not. I did wash in the sink and hung up to dry which was ok, but I would have packed more if I had known ahead of time. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone else, with the statement that if you plan to spend a lot of time in the cabin it might get a little close for 6. There is comfortable sleeping for 6. suggestion to owner: the step to the porch is shaky.

It was great the only issue was right before leaving the smoke detector kept going off for no reason. We figured it was just low batteries so we left a note for the owners to let them know. Cell phone service and WiFi is weak but it made it peaceful as well. It was very clean and you basically have all you need. To me and my husband it was a great getaway

My daughter and I enjoyed our overnight stay while we were here dropping her off at summer camp. It was perfect for the two of us. I liked the streaming TV checkout feature where I was able to put in my own streaming codes. I own 3 short term rentals so I'm very picky;) I would suggest a hair dryer in the bathroom but we will definitely be back next year!

Fun house! Very clean and updated. Quiet location. Can start to feel small with 5 people in there for an extended time. Lots of positives…only negative is the grill didn’t work.
