Bismarck House - 5 Star Downtown Beach-style Luxury House.

Comfortable and clean house that worked well for two couples on a family visit. Beds were very comfortable and property is very clean.

My partner and I stayed here for a little less than a week and had an incredible experience. House was clean and well stocked with what visitors would need. The location was amazing and just a short walk/drive from everything in town. If we ever visit Delray Beach again, without a doubt we would rebook here!

The property was just as pictured on VRBO. The owner is very attentive to all details and wants to ensure your stay if just perfect. He is a pleasure to deal with and super responsive. The property is very modern and clean. It is well stocked for an easy stay, We will return again!

Our family has had a presence in Delray Beach for decades. As the generations of our family have grown, we have found the need to utilize properties close by our home base. This property fit the bill perfectly. Great communication, clean, and close to everything.

We stayed for a month this winter. The house has been completely redone and is very comfortable. New kitchen, tile throughout, etc. It's got clean lines and good style. The neighborhood is excellent. The owners are nearby and whenever we asked for something, it was done in a few hours. Very nice and accommodating. Bring your bikes because it is near 2nd Ave, which has a bike lane nearly all the way to Atlantic Ave. Very nice stay, very comfortable.

My husband and I stayed here Nov 2020 - Jan 2021 and everything was exactly as pictured! Location is awesome, house is great, primary bed is extremely comfortable, kitchen stocked, and we can't say enough good things about Josh. He is very responsive and on top of any requests we had regarding the house or even restaurant recommendations. We very much enjoyed our little snowbird getaway to Delray Beach and look forward to returning to 106 highland lane again!

This property is delightful. The street is quiet but a short walk to Atlantic. It has everything you could want and Josh and Kelly were there for anything we wanted help with. We visit Delray frequently and will definitely stay again.

We rented for a month but left after two weeks, we returned to Canada due to the Covid-19 virus outbreak. We were sad to leave. The house was modern, clean, uncluttered, and comfortable, with a nice open living area. The bathroom was fine, the bedrooms spacious, and the linens top notch. I even wanted to ask where they bought the duvets etc, as they were so comfy. Beds were too! I had to buy a few things for the kitchen, as it wasn't set up for someone wanting to cook much (as we were there for a month, we didn't eat out all that much). There wasn't a lot of lawn furniture, but we were comfortable enough and the patio lights were fun. The hanging indoor chair in the sunroom was a hit with kids and adults alike !! Hoping to be able to plan another trip maybe next year, and we will certainly rent this home again if we can.

Great little house in a cute neighborhood. Walkable to town. Sunny, bright and clean house. All good!
