Birch Bay Waterfront Home - Steps to Beach!

Great location. Great communication with the host. House has everything you need. Our family has stayed at this place many times. It’s always great. Very Cozy. The Christmas tree in the living room was awesome.

Our family gets together in Blaine every year for our grandson’s birthday and have to say this is our favorite VRBO to date! Super clean with nice amenities — the kitchen is well stocked with cookware, utensils and spices. The outside deck is amazing! We ate dinner out there both nights — gorgeous view!Only negative was the living room seating — couch was definitely not comfortable and too small for a house that sleeps 10.Overall however, a big fan of our stay!!!

Great views and spacious accommodations. Rooms were large and comfortable, layout of the house is great for entertaining. Especially the outdoor space.Host communication was prompt and friendly. Really enjoyed our stay, will definitely be back.

The house is lovely, the beach is right there! Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, A/C and wifi. That checks my important wants. Of course, 3 bathrooms is a bonus with 4 small kids with us.We spent hours just sitting on the large deck watching the sky and the beach. Wonderful!

The house had everything we needed and more from cookware & utinsils & seasonings to plenty of towels, extra pillows & blankets. There were board games, puzzles and books, patio furniture, some beach toys. The house was clean and well kept and it is literally steps from the beach. My disabled grandparents were able to come in & out of the house fairly easily.

The house was perfect for our family. The view of the bay is amazing and the outdoor space was very nice to have.

Tony is a great host. Super clean house. Location is close to the corner store, the state park & the waterslides. Awesome decks outside to relax on.

My wife and me rented the house and family who is in the area came down and stayed for a couple of days. Everything was great for our stay as the house had everything you could possible want and need!!Location in perfect as it is within walking distance of eaterys , coffee shops and a brewery. View was great as it was right on the water. Went clamming at state park that was only 5 miles from house, All in all a really great experience, would rent again!!!

Weather was absolutely gorgeous so the huge front deck was a hit! The kitchen was well stocked and the house was super clean and functional! Gorgeous place!

The perfect place to stay in Birch Bay! I love how close we were to the beach. It had everything we needed. It was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved this house! Beautiful views from almost every window. Had everything we needed.. beach was just across the street. The speed limit was 25 MPH so cars were going slow and road was easy to cross. Loved sitting on deck and enjoying view. sunshi sunshine.

My sister and I stayed in this house for 3 days, and I wish we would’ve stayed longer! The house is beautiful and has an amazing view of the Bay. Tony the property manager is very friendly and attentive. I hope to stay here again soon.

We took several trips growing up to Birch Bay and it was fun to go back over Christmas time. Our host was very accommodating and communicated well ahead of time when I reached out about a few questions I had. We would definitely come back. 5 stars all around.

Very comfy and quiet place right across from Birch Bay.Spacious and cozy. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Beautiful view even in the rain :) we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

We loved this property, the location was perfect, we enjoyed both sunrise and sunset Everyone was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped There was a large table inside and out for sitting down together to enjoy meals, complete with views of the ocean I would choose this property again

6 girlfriends celebrating our long standing friendship and wanted a great getaway and we found the perfect place! The home had every thing we could ask for, very well equipped. Thank you Tony and Kim for making this so memorable for us. We will be returning.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness! We have a member of the family with OCD and it was extremely important to find a a clean house. This house did not disappoint! Thank you!

We had a wonderful visit to Birch Bay and this home was a huge part of that. It sits right across the street from the beach in a perfect location. Wonderful views and short 5 second walk to get to the beach. Perfect for us. The house was well stocked and comfortable. The rooms were huge. Lots of deck space with chairs to sit and relax while watching the ocean. Plenty of seating and space inside for playing games and chatting. Big kitchen. Outdoor shower and hose to clean off the mud and sand. The house doesn’t have any baby items so we did bring a high chair and pack-n-play but we asked the hosts in advance and they were quick to respond. We didn’t find any beach towels which ended up being a small issue so encourage you to bring your own. There were also no throw blankets but we had brought a small travel blanket so this worked for us when the evenings got a bit chilly. There is not a BBQ grill which we did miss. These are a few small things and for us didn’t distract much but nice for future guests to be aware of. We would definitely stay there again and looking forward to our next visit! Thank you so much for such a great space and sharing your home!! We loved it!!

Owner was so easy to deal with and ensured a well equipped house, making our stay very comfortable and convenient. Just wish there was bins for recycling.
