Chic two-bedroom, two-bathroom remodeled bungalow on Phoenix’s prestigious midtown east near shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Biltmore Fashion Park is two miles, Downtown Phoenix three miles, Arcadia is four miles, Old Town Scottsdale six miles, and Sky Harbor Airport two miles.

Porcelain tile floors, Shaker cabinets, hard surface counters, and Cherry Red appliances. Fully fenced (3’) front yard, BBQ, fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and picnic table. Smart TVs in theliving room and bedrooms with speedy streaming Wi-Fi. Stacked washer and dryer. Sparkling heated swimming pool shared with two other bungalows.

It's a wonderful two-bedroom floor plan with the master bedroom featuring a king bed and ensuite bath. The guest bedroom boasts two queen beds and is served by the hall bath steps away. Both bathrooms have showers, one-piece toilets, and a vanity sink.

The living room is oversized with a themed mural. It boasts two modern sofas, a club chair, a dining room table with four chairs, and a bistro table with two barstools. In addition to the living room's 55 TV, there is a record player with about 30 albums and a lending library with a wide selection of books.

The kitchen features Cherry Red appliances, including a refrigerator, a dual-fuel range, a dishwasher, a microwave, a blender, a toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker. Next to the back door, you'll find a stacked washer and dryer. This door leads to your private charcoal barbecue and a picnic table along the walkway to the pool.

A fully fenced (approximately 3 feet high) front yard is furnished with a picnic table, four Adirondack chairs, and a fire pit.

The entire private Boujee Bungalow and the fully fenced front and back yards are yours. You have a BBQ outside the back door, leading to the walkway to the sparkling heated pool you will share with the other two bungalows. The pool hours are 8am-10pm. You have Adirondack chairs surrounding a fire pit in the front yard, along with a picnic table. Please bring your own charcoal, firewood, lighter and lighter fluid.

We provide starters, a half dozen K-cups or so, for your coffee needs upon arrival. We do not restock during your visit. Please enjoy our sharing library—take a book, leave a book. We also have a vinyl record player and about 20 albums of a wide variety. Enjoy the music, but please don’t take any albums with you.

We LOVE dogs, and they stay for free. Sorry, we don’t permit cats due to allergies.
