Thought it was the entire property but the house is split in 2... beds are very firm which didnt suit us. We had a great short stay, kids loved it but 18 stairs in a row made me worry about them when they went upstairs.. i would hate to fall all the way down them. Overall gratefull it was available at short notice and we had a fun time.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental is in super location, have stayed there a few times now. Was disappointed it took me 2/3 hours to clean up sand both inside and outside, rubbish & garden waste from BBQ area plus greasy pots & pans. I had to pay a steep cleaning fee for the privilege of having to clean property. Then i payed more than nightly price on website that wouldn’t let me book online. Have contacted agent via email, only replied with did I get any photos 😡

If people in unit next door run up stairs you can hear them my only concern. But had a great time fishing here is great .

Old style property in good location, needs some updating, single bathroom and shower may not suit larger family. accommodation indicates it would cater for 7 but dining table only sits 4. We stayed in June and weather was very cold and house was very cold, no heating is provided and promised donas were only cotton covers, we enjoyed our Hat Head stay but accommodation in winter is not up to standard.

The property was very poorly kept, unclean, I wanted to exchange after viewing , and was told that was not possible as the money had been sent to the owners, I actually had to clean the place before I even got my clothes out of the car, I was very angry, by time the real estate offered me another place I had already been cleaning for three hours, and the other place didn’t look any better, so I stayed, the real estate gave me an extra two days due to my disappointment . I actually enjoyed the stay after the place was clean, it had everything needed, but my initial two days cleaning really spoilt the trip for me, I needed a break for my health, not another house to clean as well as the money it cost for the stay

Very clean plenty of space great for the boat handy to creek club and takeaway shops. Had a great time.
