    Perfect for a week away. Quiet, kitchen well equipped, clean ,lovely private back yard and pool. Not to mention , 1 block to the beautiful beach! Thank you ! Will book again in the future!

    Pros: Location. Management was responsive when we called for broken luggage rack, missing corkscrew, bathroom door assembly loose. Cons: Cleaning was marginal. Not thoroughly scrubbed. Lack of maintenance on things that could be easily addressed: rusty shower curtain rod, rust around the toilet area, rust in kitchen sink sponge holder, rusty grill (we decided not to use the grill), older worn and unappealing pool area furniture. Paint job really needs to be refreshed. All of this is easily fixable and it clearly has been this way for a while. This takes away from the vacation vibe. If management would put some TLC into this property it would shine.

    Cute little cottage with a great oasis in the back yard. The price during the off-season is very reasonable so we decided to extend a few days after our first wonderful week. Located close to several great dining locations including our favorite The Doctors Office. The paint & outdoor furniture could use a little TLC but overall it’s a great property.

    We loved this trip to AMI. The house is great, essentially a duplex with another rental on the other side of the wall. We could hear the family in the other rental off and on but it wasn’t loud. Each unit has its own small private pool in back which is great. Very private feeling backyard/pool area with tall fence and tall palm plants. Each unit has enough parking for two vehicles. The town is great. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, still close to restaurants, Publix grocery store, CVS. There aren’t really any chain restaurants on the island but all of the local ones we tried were good. Beach is perfect white sand and clear water. Recommend day trips to De Soto State Park to snorkel and to Kayak - we saw many manatees during our July trip. Great, relaxing, fun trip. We hated to leave.
