Bikini BeachHouse! Sleeps 16 w/Heated Pool+Firepit

This property was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of room, everything you need, just steps from the beach too. Highly recommend

Our large family gathering had all the space we needed to thoroughly enjoy our stay. The outdoor spaces were great: fire pit, shaded porches, under house picnic and TV lounge, pool area and many seating options allowed everyone to enjoy their favorite spot to hang out. Very private yard. The proximity to the beach access meant we could come and go from the beach easily during the day and evening. Location to restaurants and shopping was a plus, as well. Definitely recommend.

Bikini Beach House was perfect for our large group (16) women's club summer planning retreat! It was exactly what we were looking for, ample on-site parking for up to 8 vehicles, housing us all together and within walking distance to beautiful Indian Rocks Beach. The house is set up with a second and third floor and has flexible sleeping arrangements. Both floors have full kitchens (ample supplies for sure), living room, 2 bathrooms, a pull-out couch, washer/dryers and really nice outdoor porch style seating overlooking a beautiful pool area. It was clean and you could tell it was recently remodeled. Bedding was comfortable and we thought it was great how many towels were provided. The pool area has seating in multiple areas, to include a picnic table, outdoor frig and shaded space for large group gathers, a fire pit, and places to sit and have small conversation as well. We loved being a short block from the beach and walking distance to several fun restaurants, ice cream, french bakery, etc. Hope to return next year with our group and do it all again!

It’s a great property, with convenient amenities. The pool in the back yard was so enjoyable for everyone when we weren’t at the beach. My kids and grand kids all had a blast. It’s a great area. It’s a little quieter than Clear Water. Alan was always helpful in answering my questions and walking me through the process.

This home was perfect for our 15 member family vacation... The beach was close and beautiful.The pool was enjoyed by everyone.The two levels were perfect for the four families and the home was all stocked.We utilized the golf cart option and that was nice.Overall, we were very happy and enjoyed our time!

Bikini Beach House was a perfect place for my group to stay. 8 of us went and the 2nd and 3rd floors were identical in layout. We had such a great time that we are talking about going again next year. The location is great just a block and a half from the beach.

Beautiful house, plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Very close to the beach and restaurants. Wonderful place and area for vacation!

We loved everything about it! Had a fire in the pit 3 nights. Ate outside on the table, listened to music. Wonderful family conversations upstairs and down, easy walk to beach to enjoy the day and the sunsets. Good restaurants close by. Hope to use this location again!

The pool was wonderful. Our grandchildren had such a great time playing there. There was plenty of beds for our group of 12. I would definitely stay here again short walk to the beach and restaurants!!

We came here with our 3 married children and 5 grandchildren ranging in age from 8 years-3 months old. Duplex is laid out perfect for multiple families. living space on both ends gives them all their own space. Location is great! right across the street from the Gulf. We could spend time on the beach every day. House and backyard are beautiful and private! surrounded by fence and shrubs so even on cool days you were protected from the wind. This was our second time there and wouldn't hesitate for a minute to come back. Highly recommend this place!

The home was perfect for us and our three sons and their families. We had a wonderful time and the kids really enjoyed the heated pool. The beach is a few minute walk away and nearby restaurants were a plus. the home is well stocked with everything you need. We had some minor issues but that did not ruin our vacation. The owner and staff are very responsive. Do not hesitate to book this house and we would go back again

This space is great for 2 or more families. Split level with Master and kitchen on both levels. Pool and backyard are great, and within walking distance to everything in town!

We loved this house! It was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool was great and it’s very close the beach. There is also a great coffee and breakfast place within a 2 minute walk as well as a dive bar with excellent food. One thing to know, there are 6 bedrooms but you can’t get up and downstairs from the inside, you need to take the stairs outside to get to the different levels. Not a big deal, and kind of nice for some more privacy, but something to note.

Absolutely loved this house for our large family beach vacation. The outdoors main area was a great gathering place with large tables and plenty of chairs, a large screen tv for enjoying ballgames or movies and nice lounge chairs around the oversized amazing pool. Large fire pit area and the outdoor shower was a bonus! Each family had their own private space with the two floors being identical then we would come together for fun on the ground floor area. Very clean. Wonderful host-easy to reach and very easy rental process. The layout of the living quarters is exceptional. Five minute walk to our new favorite beach! We swam with dolphins everyday and enjoyed a wide variety of birds. A variety of yummy baked foods, great coffee and delicious lunch selections at the Cafe de Paris which is a three minute walk and other great restaurants in walking distance. Before booking, keep in mind that this is in a residential area with families and individuals working from home. If you are a loud fun party group you may want to consider a different home. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. We were a little loud playing volleyball in the pool and disturbed a gentleman living next door that was on an important conference call. We will definitely be booking again!!! Score 12 out of 10!!!

Bikini beachhouse was perfect for our family-10 adults and 6 kids. We loved the pool and all the pool/beach toys that were available—and we loved how close the beach was—easy walk! Also having 2 full kitchens was awesome!! So many little extra details were provided and appreciated!! Couches needed some cleaning-but to be expected at a beachhouse. Overall we had a great time and hope to be back in the near future!

This is the perfect place for our large family vacation! Excellent and clean amenities, it includes just about everything you need for cooking/cleaning/living for the stay. Owners were easy to communicate with and they made our stay so stress free. 10/10!

This was our second time staying at bikini beachhouse. It comfortably accommodates 7 adults and 5 children. The setup is great for multiple families. The house is actually 2 units that are identical: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on each floor and a full kitchen and a laundry room on each floor. The pool is shaded in the morning, which is nice for the little ones. The beach access is just across the street from the house. The house is well located with several restaurants within walking distance as well as a wonderful french bakery! We will definitely be returning next summer!

This property was perfect for our family. With two units, everyone had plenty of space. Having two kitchens was wonderful, too! Pool is fantastic and the beach is so close. Sunsets in Indian Rocks were amazing! We had a great time and loved Bikini Beach House!

Our stay at Bikini Beachhouse was nothing short of perfect. The house was spacious and very comfortable for our group. The location couldn’t be better! It was a block from the beach, and a short walk to so many restaurants, bars, and playgrounds. We loved walking to the nearby nature preserve. We spent most of our time at the pool which was clean and the perfect temperature. They supplied all of the amenities we needed for our toddler. We definitely hope to come back in the future!

We had a family gathering of 10 at Bikini Beachhouse and it was great. The house is a duplex and that worked great for us. We stayed in the 2nd floor with our eldest and her husband and 1-1/2 year old son. (The early to bed and early to rise folks). And our kids and partners all in their mid to late 20s were on the third floor. The house has been updated and was very nice. Both units have kitchens but we did all the cooking on our floor. The pool felt great and we swam a few times. Best of all it is so close to the beach. You can walk out the back gate and it’s across the street. Also this beach entrance was way less crowded than others to either side. Note that there are not vendors on the beaches with chairs except for 17th street so you have to arrange delivery to your house and carry and set up yourself. We did a Walmart run and bought some and left them and it was cheaper than renting. The house is well stocked — it even had a play yard and high chair and lots of sand toys. Also had beach towels. There is a fire pit but we didn’t realize there were some logs until the last day so didn’t do the fire. TIP: check out what is there before shopping because you may not need it. We all had a great time and the kids asked if we could come back for next year’s gathering and stay a little longer.

Bikini Beachhouse had just the right accommodations for 6 adults and 6 grandchildren.

We spent our Spring Break at the Bikini Beach House & it was an amazing week having fun in the sun. The house, pool & space was everything we needed with such a large group. The location is amazing with walking access to the beach and many restaurants. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for us all and the place was very clean. We all really enjoyed the pool and the outdoor space. Very close to the beach and to restaurants and other attractions. Would highly recommend this place for large groups.

The house itself was great! The house was clean, the pool and backyard area was a blast to hang out at. Alan was very responsive and check in was very easy. Would stay at again in the future.

The house is perfect for our large family of twenty, including nine grandchildren that are four years of age and under. The six bedrooms with different bed configurations allowed us to divide everyone accordingly. The four bathrooms gave us the proper privacy and amenities needed. The kitchen, dining room and living room had everything we needed, as close to being home as it could be. The heated pool with the waterfall, the sand play area for the kids and the fireplace for roasting marshmallows at night was amazing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bikini Beach. Plenty of room, the outdoor space was excellent and we enjoyed the pool and the fire pit. Would stay here again!

Close to the beach Backyard nice with heated pool and sand area for kids. Plenty of seating in backyard. 2 floors so everyone can spread out. Quiet neighborhood. Had to communicate with owner and he was quick to respond.

Family Christmas trip to Florida. Great house. Great location. Perfect for big group. Host was great and very responsive.

This was the perfect house for our visit for a family wedding. The house was beautiful, the backyard with pool was amazing and the location was perfect. The host was great with communication. We would love to stay here again on our next visit.

We enjoyed our stay for a family reunion at the Bikini Beachhouse with 14 adults and two children. The house was spotless. We took full advantage of the beautiful backyard pool and gorgeous Indian Rocks Beach conveniently located an easy walk directly across the street. Our host, Alan, responded promptly to all of our requests and questions prior to our arrival and he asked that we contact him during our stay should we encounter any problems so that he could immediately resolve them. We had none. Great house. Great host. Great location.
