Bikes and Yolo boards! 3 BR, 2 Living Rooms! Steps to BEACH! Steps to BAY!

The responsiveness before we arrived was not great. I had to ask 3 times about whether there was shampoo and a blow dryer in the unit. I finally heard back that there was shampoo but no hair dryer. So I packed my hair dryer, only to find there were 3 there. We were also a bit put off about there not being any beach towels in the unit, and that we should bring our own. Beach towels take a fair amount of space in luggage. Also it seemed cheap to only provide one dishwasher soap tablet, especially since we were required to run it before leaving. So we had to buy a package of them. We left the remainder behind which I hope was left in the unit for the next occupants. Also not enough laundry detergent for even one load. Those are our criticisms. On the plus side, the unit was clean and we enjoyed having 2 living rooms. Loved the view and balcony. And most of all, we loved the bikes! There were actually 6 bikes available for our use. And there were paddle boards, beach chairs and plenty of beach toys. No umbrella as we had been told, so we bought one and left it behind.

This place was great for a family of 8! Plenty of space to be together but not on top of one another. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of extra blankets. We placed a grocery delivery order to arrive around the time we checked in and it was so easy. Kitchen dishes were well stocked and had spices in the cabinet. The dishwasher works best on heavy mode!The paddle boards were great to use in the bay and the view was beautiful.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, conveniently located close to restaurants Pensacola Beach pier and walking distance to the beach.

Wonderful home with great amenities like bikes, paddle boards, chairs, etc. Close to the beach and a short walk to town! The host was very communicative and helpful. I left items there by accident and they were able to help me get those back, too! 10/10 would recommend!

This home is in the perfect location. The home has comfortable bedding and plenty of room to spread out. Overall nice property.

The pictures do not do justice for how much space this condo has. There were 6 of us and not once did it ever feel cramped. The owners do everything to make the trip seamless, from providing paddle boards to bikes, to beach toys, cooler, chairs, nets, and life jackets. The email prior to check in not only lists a reminder of everything to bring but directions for quirks and a huge list of places to eat and see! Being right on the bay is so calm, quiet, and peaceful. The beach is directly across the road, super short walk across the wooden pathway. I am saving this place for future stays and to share with family and friends!

Place was as described and as it looks in the pictures. Location is absolutely gorgeous. Right on the bay. We saw stingrays, mullets, dolphin. Fed the heron. My son caught croakers and my husband caught blue crab. There are tons of chairs, floats, sand toys provided. Plus bikes snd paddle boards too.. It isn't far from ft pickens which has a gorgeous beach. Across from condo is the beach also, but it was bit busier then ft pickens. We enjoyed our stay!!

Perfect family getaway. Great location.. fishing and beautiful view of bay in back yard and short walk across the street for relaxing on the beach. The townhouse has everything you need (kitchen essentials and beach chairs). Bikes and paddle boards are a plus unfortunately we didn’t utilize it. We just enjoy walking around the area instead. Bedrooms were clean, well decorated and comfortable. I love the 2 living rooms. Very spacious. Host was friendly and accommodating. Overall a great stay!!
