Big Villa/4 Masters/6Bd 7Ba/Heated Pool/Hot Tub/Sauna/Big Game Room

We had a great & relaxing stay at The Big Villa! This vacation rental was everything we hoped for—and more. We stayed with our growing family for a long weekend getaway, and it felt like our own private resort. Each of the four primary suites was beautifully appointed, giving everyone their own space to relax and recharge (beds, pillows, and even towels were top notch!). Waking up to sunlight streaming through the windows & coffee on the balcony was bliss. Kitchen was large & full outfitted.The game room became our nightly hangout spot—video game & the race cars got surprisingly competitive, & we laughed until our cheeks hurt. During the day, we lounged by the outdoor pool, soaking up the sun & enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The sauna & hot tub were the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. Firepit with s'mores was the best at day end.One of our favorite family activities was playing putt-putt nearby—none of us are pros, but the course was fun & welcoming. The guys had their annual golf day too.One day everyone took their own adventure: one family toured the town of Jim Thorpe including a train ride (excellent); another family went hiking & stopped for lunch at a local brewery totally enjoyed); & the third family decided to stay at the Villa on their own, hanging at the pool for rest & rejuvenation.This place gave us the perfect mix of luxury, fun, & relaxation. Kitchen has a few needs: kitchen towels and a second refrigerator. Check-in was very easy.

Very well appointed, clean home with ample kitchen ware, great game rooms (2 of them) heated pool a plus, hot tub a plus plus and sauna- home run! Very nice owner too.

This home was absolutely perfect! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need, the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and everything was very clean and modern. What makes it exceptional is the little things- comfortable seating options on the porch, fans and extra blankets in all the bedroom closets, extra toilet paper and laundry detergent available, and the enormous lower level game room with every game imaginable, outdoor pool, sauna and hot tub. So much thought and love clearly went into the planning and creating unique and thoughtful spaces (karaoke corner for example complete with disco lights!) for all of us - from ages17 - 82 to enjoy!

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. A group of 11 friends and I stayed for our annual retreat from NYC to enjoy nature and the peaceful surroundings. The property and home truly felt as if we were at at spa! There are plenty of sleeping options for bigger groups and the house never felt overcrowded. I wanted to thank the host for their effective communication throughout the entire process. This place is a true gem and we will certainly be back in the future!

Great house! Host communicates very well. Had a rainy weekend but all the games in basement made for a great trip with kids!

We rented Dulce for a family reunion. Everything about this property was excellent. The host was very communicative and helpful. The home and yard was gorgeous and clean and there was so much to do there that you didn’t have to leave. The game rooms! Wonderful kitchen with the cabinets labeled! Every bedroom was spacious with such comfy beds! Lots of extra blankets and towels. The laundry area was great. The pool, sauna and hot tub were great. There was a swingset for the kids too. We loved it here. We hired a photographer for a big family photo session and the yard was so pretty that we skipped going to a park and just took the photos in the yard.

We chose this house for a weekend with a few families to play golf, cook together, and have a place for our kids to have fun. It checked all the boxes! The pictures perfectly show the spacious, modern house. I was pleasantly surprised at its isolated location so it was very quiet too. The game room in the basement is fun for all ages.

We had an amazing stay at Dulce Retreat for a fun winter weekend with friends and our young kids. Fantastic house with plenty of space and games for adults and kids. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better house for our group. Owners are very accommodating and attentive with great communication. Can’t wait to be back!

We had an amazing time here. With a total of 20 people (10 adults and 10 kids ranging from 1-8 years old), we this house is perfect.The main living area is large and has everything you need in the kitchen. All cabinets and drawers are labeled.Almost every bedroom Has its own bathroom en-suite.The lower level has games, a tv, bar, outdoor hot tub and a sauna.It’s great for the kids to play and the adults can have fun as well without worrying about waking the kids.The hosts were very accommodating and responded quickly. This is a professionally done vacation rental.

We are a group of 50+ers who travel annually together. This was one of our favorite houses. Plenty of room, private bathrooms, amazing kitchen, game room, outdoor space, etc. The kitchen was a pleasure to prepare in and the organization was awesome. The host was easy to contact and very responsive. I would highly recommend this house.

Stayed where with a group of friends and we loved the house. Setup is perfect for a large group, and we all loved the game room downstairs.

This was the perfect spot for our multigenerational family reunion. The house is new, clean, modern, and well-appointed. Between the hot tub, sauna, heated pool, fire pit, and game room, there was something for everyone - adults and kids - we barely left the house for our long weekend stay. The neighborhood was quiet and secluded, with an easy five-minute drive to all the essentials. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed cooking many of our meals on the large gas stove and Weber grill. Our host was very friendly and responsive. I would love to visit again with family in the future.
