Great location and beach acess. Nice home with good floor plan. Could use some TLC on the outside for the cost.

We vacationed with our grown children, their spouses, our granddaughter and our dog. The location couldn’t have been better. The house was spacious and accommodated us very well. The only issue was the screened porch that had no screens. Hopefully this is a maintenance item that will be taken care of during the off season. Love the area and look forward to our next visit.

Beautiful property with beautiful views! Property was as described and very hospitable. Mattresses were a little worn and some beds were not very comfortable, but bedding was fabulous. Well equipped Kitchen and lots of features. Will for sure stay again

All the things that were great: the house, the views, the beach, the beach gear service included with rental, the weather… Intention was super chill beach getaway and that’s what family group of 7 got- house super comfortable, had a little hiccup on our end, got right in touch with mgmt group, very nice. Nice new deck over dunes to beach- felt very private, Used elevator a little, struggled being able to load at ground level - most likely user error :) stairs worked just fine. Fishing trip out of PSJ- mangrove snapper, white trout and dock-purchased shrimp, so yummy Beaches practically empty, great space between homes so plenty of room, no public traffic. Truly a gem, would totally rebook.

CSB did not disappoint! Family vacation 2023 one for the memory banks. Big Swell is perfect place. Deck and stairs outside need some work. Bathrooms are dated. But boardwalk to beach is brand new. Learn the CSB shuffle as you enter the clear water…watch for rays!

We had a great week, weather was excellent. The house was very nice and very comfortable. A couple of things were not perfect. The ice maker was pretty much useless. We had to buy ice every day. One of the cabinet doors was broken, we fixed it twice, but the hinge kept failing. One of the sliding door handles on the outside was missing. I tried to report these things on line, with no luck. We enjoyed our stay. The house was well stocked and clean. The ability to rent equipment needed and have food available at check in was exceptional.

This is by far one of the best experiences we've ever had with a vacation rental home and agency. Communication was excellent. Home was even better than we expected. Our first few days had some rough weather - extreme winds blew the sand all over the place. Needless to say, we were extremely grateful for the protection from the amazing dunes, which also offered so much privacy. The home was super clean, spacious, convenient, and just beautiful. The screened in porch got a bit battered by the winds, but we weren't there during the buggy season, so no problem for us. The elevator was a knee saver, especially with the bedrooms being on the top floor. Best views on the beach! Sunsets were to die for. We love shell hunting, and we were not disappointed. This was our first visit to CSB, and we are already planning our next one. Thank you so much for an unforgettable birthday trip!

We enjoyed our family time at the beach. The house was nice, clean and the kitchen had all we needed to make a wonderful thanksgiving meal! Would definitely recommend this house!
