Big Porch Tiny House

It's a tiny house. It was a unique experience for us.

This was perfect for our little family getaway! Quaint and quiet would definitely stay again!

Toaster was broken, rear burner on stove didn't light, grill rusted out and igniter was dead. No other way to light things was provided. In need of a deep cleanibg but was generally clean. Bed was very comfortable and the shower worked great. Super peaceful and quiet, just needs some better maintenance.

The property had a smell, also we found hairs on the bed and towels, fleas and ants on the bed. The utensils and shelves were covered with dust and the microwave was very dirty. The outside areas were uncleaned as well, and the table was disgusting. The table was covered with a moldy film and underneath was damp and rotten.

Great little place. Centrally located to several waterfalls I came out to see. Thanks for allowing me to stay!

This was a Quiet, peaceful place. Conveniently located near many hiking trails and waterfalls. Everything we needed for our short stay. Quick response and easy communication with the host.

Was neat, clean, and quiet! Unfortunately weather shortened the stay.

Perfect and simple little cabin in a very quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay again on my next solo trip

This was such a nice escape. The cabin is so quiet and tucked away in the woods.

one adult two teens. son & I slept in the bed. daughter on the couch. location is perfect. nice and quiet. easy trip to all the fun the mountains have! owners shared a pdf w/ all the needed info. this was super helpful. Thanks Ashley @ Jonathan!!!

This rental was a perfect place to stay for me and my fiancé 's birthday weekend getaway. We hiked the trails in the Dupont Forest that led to beautiful waterfalls and we spent time shopping in downtown Brevard. The rental is great for two people and very clean!
