Stayed Nov 26, 2025This loft is very cool & well appointed. It’s much bigger than you would think, and the bedroom is bigger than you would think. A couple of issues I think need fixed is that you have to download an app for door entry. If your phone is stolen, breaks, get lost or has no charge…you can’t get in.Another issue is that it’s stated in the description that there’s free parking out front. The city has recently started charging for parking and that adds up! If you’re parking out back, and Bit Me BBQ is closed…you have to walk around all the buildings to get to your car. ;which for us was cold, and little sketchy at night. Ice maker doesn’t work…but BITE ME BBQ gave us a bag of ice. It’s a great place…but to me…those 2 issues were something to definitely consider before renting.

Stayed Jan 22, 2025Loft was perfect location for going to INTRUST arena. Nice short walk. Little BBQ smell but what do you expect being right above Bite Me BBQ.

Stayed Jan 14, 2025Spacious and inviting with lots of room for entertainment. My wife and I used it more like an oasis. Highly recommended to anyone. I had a slight issue with the lock, but the owner made himself available and I quickly was in. Thank you for an amazing nights stay!

The location is great, the place is spacious & decorated much like I would do my own home. Plenty of essentials available if necessary, & communication with the property manager was superb. Thank you again for having such an amazing property for our group!

Stayed Sep 11, 2024Our main goal was to be within walking distance of Riverfront Stadium and it was perfect. We stopped at several of Wichita Bars and clubs walking to all without worrying about drinking and driving. We had a wonderful time and place to stay!

Stayed Mar 1, 2024This loft has plenty of space! It was a great place to relax and play the games provided, including darts and foosball. Its central location was great, as just about everything we wanted to do while in Wichita was walkable. We will be booking this spot for our next trip!
