Had a great week at the beach. The house was clean and just as advertised with easy access to the beach and great views. Bruce was very attentive and easy to work with.

Enjoying morning coffee listening to the surf, plenty of room for mixing with our 18 family members and when a break was needed the master suite was a comfortable sanctuary. Great location, house and vacation for all. Thanks for your hospitality.

I'd give the property and the property manager 6 stars! House was roomy and comfortable. Access to garage, ice machine, coolers, beach chairs, and second set of washer/dryer was great. Best stocked kitchen we've experienced during a vacation stay. Back porch and deck was amazing. Nicest property I've stayed at to-date. Communication with property manager was fabulous.....best yet. Hope we have the opportunity to visit again!

Big Kahuna was a very nice property, we had plenty of space for our whole family. Elevator was perfect for our older family members. The kitchen was well stocked, which was a plus because we cooked in most nights. Property supplied beach chairs, coolers and beach toys. Loved the covered porch. Easy to contact owners for any questions. Close to the stores and plenty of restaurants were nearby. Hope to come back next year.

We had a great week at the Big Kahuna! The cottage was so spacious, well decorated, and well cleaned. The extra amenities, such as the elevator and industrial ice maker, really spoiled us. The host was great to work with. We will definitely be renting again in the future.

We felt like this house was perfect for our family - 5 adults and 5 kids under 5. Look forward to renting again in the future. The deck and access to the beach are definite highlights with a great outdoor shower and multiple hoses to spray off when coming up from the beach. GIANT ice maker in the garage would be great if you enjoy fishing, or perfect for keeping things cold on the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of games for adults and things for kids in the house which were an unexpected bonus. Communication with the owner was great leading us to check in and throughout our stay.

Our family had a wonderful week at Pine Knoll Shores! The Big Kahuna was perfect for our large family and everyone had space to spread out and relax. The covered porch was the big hang out area and we were just steps away from the ocean!! Bruce and Terry were amazing hosts and were always available if you needed anything. We enjoyed ping pong in the well equipped garage area and a family talent show in the spacious living area. The ice machine was a real bonus!! What a fun week! We will be back next year!! Elliott

This was an overall great vacation. The place is gorgeous, the ocean was warm and turquoise colored. The host, Bruce, is a fantastic host, generous and answers fast. The house is perfect, with 3 masters on the main floor for the 3 couples. The kids stayed in the basement and everyone had their bed and was happy! Full of toys for the kids and adults to play, we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you Bruce, we will certainly come back next year!

Great house. Lots of room and funky equipped. Right on the beach which was great for our group.
