Perfect for families, alumni, game-day groups, or campus visits, this stylish and comfortable single-level home is your ideal base for exploring everything Ann Arbor has to offer.

The Space

Unwind in the spacious living room, featuring a large sectional sofa, a cozy fireplace, and a Smart TV with access to Netflix, HBO, and Hulu. For a vintage vibe, spin some tunes from our eclectic vinyl collection on the record player, or connect yourown playlist to the Bluetooth sound system. You'll also find a selection of books and board games for relaxing evenings in.

For those working remotely, a dedicated workspace with high-speed WiFi is ready for you. The chef-friendly kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee bar (Drip, French Press, Pour Over), a toaster/air fryer, and all the cookware you need. Enjoy meals together at the dining table, which seats six or more.

Step outside to your private, fenced-in backyard and patio. Fire up the BBQ grill for an evening cookout at the outdoor dining area, all under the glow of charming string lights.

Two full bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, makeup towels, and a hair dryer. An in-unit washer and dryer is also available for your convenience.

Guest Access

You will have private access to the entire home and the private backyard. Parking is simple with two dedicated spots right at the property, plus unlimited free street parking.

Our home is nestled in a prime location, giving you quick access to the best of Ann Arbor. You're just a short distance from local groceries, Whole Foods, popular breweries, and fantastic restaurants.

Getting Around

The home's convenient location makes getting around a breeze. It's an easy drive to the I-94 expressway, the stadium, and downtown. If you prefer to walk, the stadium is a pleasant 20-minute stroll away.

Important Information

Sleeps up to 8 guests. Per City of Ann Arbor regulations, a maximum of 4 unrelated adult guests is permitted. Families and/or children under 18 are not counted toward this limit.

We love welcoming families and your little ones! A pack 'n play and a high chair are available at the home for your use.
