Big House in Heart of Cape. Close to Everything!

Our stay was amazing. The house was just as described, extremely clean and set in a very quiet location. All of the comforts of home were available and we would definitely consider staying here again.

This was exactly what I was hoping for. Vintage Cape ambiance with all amenities plus. It felt like home celebrating out Thanksgiving on the road. Central Cape location allowed us to get our fix of shopping, shelling and sight seeing!

I've rented before and i have never seen a more equipped house ever. Everything you need from your own kitchen was there. The house was immaculate and Matt and Abby answered quickly with questions we had. Would highly recommend and will definitely book there again. They also left and adorable bag of goodies with was much appreciated.

My family and I stayed here to attend our family members wedding at Pelham House Resort. We were consistently impressed and excited with the home and accommodations. The rooms were big and comfortable allowing us the perfect amount of space for our family to relax and enjoy each others company. We enjoyed our stay so much and would come back in a heart beat!

The house was extremely clean, and the kitchen well stocked. The beds were comfortable with plenty of living space for the group. Upon arrival there was a welcome bag fulled with all kinds of goodies…even a little surprise for the dog. Overall it was a lovely stay and I would highly recommend it!! Thank you

What a lovely home we were able to share! It was extremely conveniently located, great place for a stroll around with little kids and a quick drive to many places (mayflower, corporation, harbor, creamery, etc). Highly recommend and I would certainly come back.

Absolutely perfect!! The best VRBO we have stayed in by far. Owners had everything we needed and then some! They had a surprise basket of goodies for us that was a nice surprise. We had fun playing giant jenga on the screened in porch the last night. Thanks for a perfect vacation

Beautiful house. Host Abby every friendly. Matt returned questions that I had In a very short time. Spotless and everything you needed for a wonderful vacation. Well care for property. Comfortable beds and furniture. Loved the outside closed in room. Fire pit was fun to have.

My family has been using home rentals for our vacations for years. This is the most stocked home we have ever used! If you need it, they have it hands down! They have thought of everything. They communicate well.Great location. Central to anywhere you may want to go on the Cape. We are already talking about coming back next summer.

Many personal touches that created a warm welcoming feeling. So much attention to detail, Very clean!!! Matt replied so quickly to any questions we had. The house is beautiful and the porch is stunning with a wonderful fenced in yard. We will be back again.

We stayed at this house when we checked some things off my best friend's bucket list for her 50th birthday. The house was beautiful, very clean and well stocked. We cooked breakfast everyday and we had all everything we needed to do so. It was very close to everything we wanted to do. The gift bag was a very nice gesture and appreciated. We would definitely go back. There was plenty of room inside and out for all 7 of us.

We spent a girls weekend over Memorial Day. While the weather was awful, the house was wonderful ! Everything you need and more ! Exactly as listed online. Central Location was wonderful. Close to everything

This was the greatest Christmas Holiday stay we have ever had. This home was so well organized a lot of though went into all of the things included. It was so clean with just about everything you would need away from home. Very quiet neighborhood and a good location. When ever i am staying in this area this would be the home I would look for and stay again.

House is as advertised! Firepit and backyard were great! House was super clean and had all the things you need to cook for the long holiday weekend while we were there. Very much enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay. This house has everything you could possibly need for a stay on the cape. The owners were very attentive and got back to you right away (even with the smallest of questions) I would recommend to any looking for a get away.

My oldest daughter got married and this was a perfect place for my other two daughters and parents to stay. Really enjoyed the porch and fire pit area to gather and recover from all the festivities. This home has more than what you need or want for a great vacation home. Lots of sleeping and sitting area space, several living areas to include a sunroom. We drank coffee and had our breakfast in the sunroom each day. It’s located in the middle of the Cape, which makes for easy driving around the area and to the various beaches and towns. We loved it and would definitely stay here again. We felt right at home. The hosts are easy to communicate with and home is bright and has a great beach feel.

Our family loved this home so much the first time we stayed that we stayed again this year! All we said this time was next time it can't just be a weekend, it has to be a full week. This home is incredibly well stocked, so many extra special touches - for example, so helpful to be able to grab a bandaid when needed and forgotten! We will be back!!!
