It has a variety of amenities for both adults and children. Our family greatly enjoyed our time at this location.

Our driveway was at the end of the road so we didn’t have to worry about other cars passing by, it felt pretty private. There are 3 rooms at the very top level (1 master bedroom, 1 king size, kings and 1 queen) the main level has 1 master bedroom. The bottom level has 2 sets of bunk beds ( not great for adults) and a nice size living room. I definitely recommend this home. The only thing I had an issue with was that for - 2 night stay it said we could only use 1 garbage can, and if we used more we would be charged or we had to take the garbage with us. That’s hard because we spent most of our time cooking and we definitely needed more than 1 garbage can.

My favorite aspect of this house was the outdoor areas. Lots of different seating options, great fire pit. Nice view of a hole on the golf course. The upper deck was perfect for a cup of coffee and watching the local deer roaming around the golf course.

Large groups of adults might want to consider other options; the bunk beds are not comfortable for an adult.

It was very clean, it was well stocked with all the essentials (I would either add separate towels for the hot tub or bring your own) location was perfect & we enjoyed walking around Suncadia, everything was so close by. I would defiantly rent this place again.

Great location and facility! Plenty of space for all three families we spent the holiday with. Huge kitchen with every necessity you would need. Highly recommend for a short getaway or a long getaway!

The home has two pack and plays, 2 bumbos, 2 sit and spins, fun toddler toys and books and lots of nooks and crannies to put sleeping toddlers and infants, such as a large master bedroom closet. The bikes, including the baby trailer with LOTS of helmets, were nothing short of amazing. For everyone else, the firepit, the gas grill, the wonderfully stocked kitchen, the easy location, the numerous bedrooms and bathrooms, the cozy decor ... all fabulous. We did not use the hot tub but lifted the lid long enough to be able to say that it would have been delightful. Highly recommend. We would be thrilled to stay here again.
