Stayed Jun 11, 2026There were 4 senior couples & there were 3 bedrooms downstairs with 2 baths which worked great for two of our couples that really needed first floor accomodations. Then, there were two bedrooms upstairs with two full baths for the other two couples. There were plenty of spaces to gather & visit in the house. Very close proximity to Beale & Main St.

Stayed May 27, 2026The house stands alone and at first I was a bit concerned about the area, but it was fine and the location was really good for walking down to Beale street and the Lorraine Motel. Also a great breakfast place called the Arcade within walking distance. The accommodations are essentially two complete apartments, each with a kitchen and worked great for the 12 of us. Two of the bedrooms need to share a bathroom which is fine. The front porch was nice late at night. The place was spotless and well stocked with linens.

Stayed Nov 26, 2025Great communication. When the lights went out they was on it, didn’t matter what time of night, someone came out and called the next morning checking to ensure everything was still going well with our stay. Love the style of the house and the remodel of the inside of the house. Nice neighborhood, lots to do in the area. Great place for a large group.

Stayed Aug 22, 2025The house is just as shown. Location is perfect for Memphis visitors - walking distance to Beale Street, the Peabody, Sun Studios, Dominick Distillery, FedEx Forum, Rock and Soul Museum, and much more. The house was super clean and all necessities were provided. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely rent this again if we are back in the area.
