Our renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath top-floor oasis with a gourmet kitchen is centrally situated for easy trips on I-25 to the Air Force Academy, Garden of the Gods, and downtown. The main floor is entirely separate and thoughtfully dedicated to guest relaxation, while we live in the lower-level apartment. It’s the best of both worlds: you have complete privacy, but we’re here if youneed us!

    This property was decorated so cute and had everything our family needed. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals at home. The beds were comfortable and each room had a fan in the closet which was a nice perk.They were also well stocked with extra toilet paper, paper towels, tide pods, dishwasher pods, etc. The deck is large and has a great mountain view. The owners do live downstairs but we never saw or heard them and they were very responsive to messages. We would definitely stay here again!

    Was a wonderful stay. This house was extremely clean and very nicely decorated. The deck is huge with great views of the mountains. A pleasant surprise of deer in the early mornings next door yard. Very private and great location. The center of all must see. Would highly recommend!

    Property is in great shape, and the view from the deck over the city to the mountains is fantastic. Being in the house for the Fourth of July and being able to see multiple fireworks displays across the area was beautiful. On street parking was easy on a quiet neighborhood street. The property did everything we needed it to do for our family stay.
