Stayed Sep 8, 2023I booked and paid for the rental but never received check-in information. I am waiting for a reimbursement from VRBO. VRBO did pay for us a hotel room for our first night. The property owner contacted me 24 hours after we should have checked in to tell me the property wasn’t available.
