Big Blue Lake House Complete with Game Room & Hot Tub

Great stay. Easy to get to location and very spacious house.

Our stay was excellent! The house was as described, with a great living space, fun games/activities, and a well-stocked kitchen. The hosts were communicative and provided all the information we needed, and we had a lovely time during our stay.

Everything was great. Host was very responsive.

House was great! Layout was perfect for our large group, having a living room and a separate family room as well. Kitchen was large and had every pot, pan, appliance and utensil for usage. Dining table was huge and fit our group perfectly. Game room was fun. Hot tub was clean and heated upon our arrival. Great location; close to all. Will definitely stay again. Thank you!

Excellent stay at the bnb!! The home was very clean and comfortable with so many things to do during the stay. We had access to everything we needed for the snowy weather and made it out safely for checkout.

Stayed for a week in October. Great house. House was clean when we arrived. Owner was responsive throughout our whole stay. Easy to get to, plenty of space to park, had no issues with WiFi. Had no problems grilling. Very short walk to the water. Saw a lot of deer near the house (which was cool, we like deer). Game room was a lot of fun.

Host was upfront with cost, which I highly appreciate. The house was very clean and the game room was a ton of fun.

We had 5 kids(11, 10, 10, 3, ans 1) and 6 adults. It rained a lot of the trip which was a downer, but there was plenty for everyone to do with the game room. The different areas with tvs was great for us also. We were able to walk tl the lake for the kids to go swimming and we were close enough to everything in town if we needed to go out, but in a spot we felt like we had privacy. I would definitely recommend to other families!

House was clean, spacious and comfortable .Unfortunately the game room needs some TLC.Pool table was uneven and shuffle board table was sticky. It rained for two days which made the game room flaws more significant.Also some neighbors’ sensor alarm was going for 24 hours.

The listing was perfect for accommodating our group over the weekend. The hosts were friendly and responsive whenever we had questions before or during our stay. We communicated our problem operating the hot tub and the host got maintenance over to the house within the hour! We would definitely stay there again.

From the beginning of the reservation process to checking out, communication with the owner was excellent. All details and information needed for a great stay was provided. My friends and I had a blast. The property was exactly as described and there was plenty of space. I would not hesitate to book this house again for both winter or summer. stay was provided

Really nice getaway property with plenty to do. Game room is 100% worth it, house is clean, and if you forget detergent, seasonings, towels etc, they will have it.

Very nice place. The hosts were great and responsive. They were easy to talk to and accommodating of our requests. There's plenty to do in the house. We had a big group and we were able to sleep comfortably. The Internet was fast and there was pool, ping pong, darts and more.

I had a great stay at this property with a group of 6 friends for my birthday weekend. Loved the fireplace, the game room and of course the hot tub.

Everything was great, the only things to note was the Hot tub had an odd oder when we lifted the cover, so we did not use. Also the downstairs shower near the game room could have been cleaned a little bit better.

Soon after we ARRIVED property manager welcomed us.. Showed us that they just installed a new hot tub. Made our trip much nicer. Game room was Wonderful along with outside firepit. Everyone had a GREAT TIME!!!!! Look forward to have a get together soon. Thank you David and Wife

Our weekend getaway at Big Blue Lake House exceeded our expectations. The game room was undoubtedly the highlight, providing endless entertainment with ping pong, shuffleboard, and an games that kept everyone engaged throughout the stay. The house's spacious layout accommodated our group perfectly, offering ample bedrooms and beds for a comfortable night’s rest after each day’s adventures. We were impressed by the quality and variety of amenities. The game room’s sound system added to the fun, while the reliable high-speed internet made it easy to stream movies and keep everyone connected. The backyard fire pit was a delightful addition, allowing us to enjoy outdoor cooking and create memorable moments under the stars. Overall, Big Blue Lake House provided an ideal setting for relaxation and enjoyment in the Poconos.

Great house with lots of space to spread out. Friend group of 4, did not leave the house the entire weekend, and had plenty of space to lounge, shoot pool, watch TV, eat, and sit. Screened in porch was a bonus considering it was quite a rainy weekend. Minor imperfections of the house did not affect our extreme enjoyment of the property. Host was incredibly communicative with lightning fast responses to answer our questions after booking. Thank you!

I had a great time I absolutely recommend the place. You can enjoy playing darts, pool, ping pong, and many other games with your friends.

Overall we had a great time staying at the Big Blue Lake House. We comfortably had enough room for 11 men and the game room with billiard table was a big hit! The decks were awesome to hang out on during the cool poconos summer nights. The only thing i would note is that the host only provided 2 rolls of paper towels (not Costco size) which we went through by day 2 so make sure to bring additional paper towels, also could be helpful to bring cleaning supplies such as disinfectant wipes or similar if you are a clean freak to use during your stay.
