Big Blue: 2-Story Downtown Indy Home

Property was clean and easy accessible. Keyless front door so I didn’t have to worry about losing the key. Easy check in and out.

We paid extra for early check-in, tried to communicate before arriving to no response ,but when we arrived the cleaning crew was still there and said they hadn’t been told about it. I also confirmed off-street parking in advance, but it turned out to be street parking only. The upstairs shower pressure was below acceptable, and the cleaning crew even asked us to finish the laundry they’d started. The walls are dirty and have spots everywhere a new paint job is long overdue. The caulk is coming up in the shower and appears to have mold around the loose caulk. The bedroom ceiling has spots of missing or peeled off paint. The remote for the TV upstairs would not work. The fireplace in the loft would not turn on. The couch in the main floor bedroom was soaking wet from The cleaning crew it was not usable the entire stay. The 2 twin beds were more like cots. The location and space had potential, but these issues made the stay frustrating. Would not book again unless management addresses communication, amenities accuracy, and basic standards.

Just there for one night for a concert in town! Stay was perfect, clean, and cute. Only thing bathroom lighting wasn’t great and for a group of girls getting ready lighting is important haha! But, it was still a great place

Upon arriving at the property, the neighborhood had abandoned buildings and properties in major disrepair. The listing was not as advertised. We have tried to get a refund from the property manager, as we left and paid for a hotel. To date, no refund has been issued, and the property manager is not responding.

Great stay close to Lucas Oil Stadium. Plenty of room to spread out. Nicely decorated and a nice layout with a queen bedroom downstairs with ensuite bath, a queen bedroom upstairs, and a loft area with 2 twin size beds that share a bath. Half bath also downstairs. Checkin was a breeze and easy on street parking right outside the door. Only negative is there is no place for clothing storage - no dressers or closets upstairs for hanging things but that wouldn’t deter us from staying again. Would also me nice to have a full length mirror. Host is very quick to respond so that was appreciated. Definitely recommend this home and host.

Everything was stellar!

Very spacious, loved the number of bathrooms. Impressive ice availability for us bourbon lovers. Well stocked kitchen, clean. Would have liked larger beds and blind options for the elongated windows but that’s just aiming for perfect. Very easy check in and good communication.

Loved the homey feeling and how clean and accommodating it was. It was the perfect place to stay for our girls night out. Would 100% book here again in the future!

We stayed in Big Blue for one night in February when we came to town from Ohio to see Billy Joel and Sting. The house had plenty of room for seven adults, and it was clean, cute and comfy! We all really appreciated the ample bathroom space--you'd be surprised at how much is tucked into this house! Corey was quick to answer messages, and the check-in process was a breeze. It's a quick trip from there to Lucas Oil Stadium, so if you're coming to town for a game or concert, Big Blue is a great option--we could have walked if it wasn't so cold! Great stay--we all highly recommend :-)

A nice, clean property with a good number of beds for our girls getaway. It just took a short Uber ride to get where we were going downtown. The host was especially responsive to my questions both before arriving and during our stay. We had a great visit!

We stayed for one night for a concert at Lucas Oil Stadium. The walk to the stadium was well lit and very close! The house had everything you needed and three bathrooms was perfect for getting ready!
