Stayed Dec 27, 2018The property was clean and cozy and the owner is very responsive and responsible. When we went there late afternoon, we cannot move our car to the house because of ice. I asked Ray for help and he called his friend who lived near the cabin to help us drive the car to the top of hill. Ray also prepared a lot of games in the house. It is really enjoyable to stay there and I highly recommend it.

Stayed Feb 27, 2026Great communication from Ray. The house was just right for us! It felt private and had its own little sled hill and they also provided sleds!! Had all the items needed for cooking and allowed our dogs! We had a great time!

Stayed Feb 21, 2026We have stayed at Ray's cabin several times and it is always a wonderful experience! It is the perfect relaxing getaway for our small family. We loved playing in the snow around the cabin, it is very private, and in a nice little neighborhood. We cooked all our meals at the cabin and it had everything we needed to do that.

Stayed Feb 15, 2025We booked for 2 nights and 3 days and it was perfect. You're a little bit of a drive from the main downtown area of Big Bear, but it was nice not being in the middle of the action. There was a storm a few days before we arrived so there was fresh snow for sledding and playing in. The property around the home is perfect for sledding and playing in the snow without being far from the house at all.Ray reached out before our trip, which was great for answering our questions and making sure we were set with everything. Had a great weekend away and my son wants to go back every year now!

Stayed Jan 2, 2025Great for kids with family friendly movies and boardgames provided. The bunk beds and toddler sized table are fun. Watch out for splinters on the fun outdoor swingset.
