    Is a great location, unheated pool & non working hottub, lot of steps inside. Roomy livingroom & dining area. Big bedrooms bathroom is really small. Beds could use new mattress or at least flipped. We had fun & liked location

    We had a lovely time celebrating my FIL 75th bday. We had some meals at our rental, kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans. Be sure to bring seasoning, cooking oil etc. Towels are provided, limited shampoo and conditioner so pack your own. Furniture is outdated as well as decor. For us it was fine because we spent the majority of our time outdoors. Overall we had an amazing experience and would stay there again!

    Pros: Price compared to other places on the island was reasonable. Pool was nice (you do share with other side of duplex). Location was great - 1 block from beach access, across main strip from Whataburger, pretty central location on strip. Beds were super comfortable! Showers were nicely updated. Parking - they tell you 2 spots are available but we fit 2 large trucks, and mid size truck, and a small car in the driveway. Cons: Layout was a bit unexpected - this is a 3 level duplex with 2 bedrooms at the top, kitchen and living in the middle, and 1 bedroom at the bottom that you access through the garage or sliding glass door by the pool. The downstairs bedroom was VERY HOT, possibly because it attached to the garage? Plugs in bathrooms did not work (yes, we tried switches), Furniture in bedrooms had a strong musty smell. Dryer was missing lint screen and took a long time to finish drying. House didn't feel very clean overall. Pics need to be updated.

    This place has enough space and was very beautiful! The only issues we had was the dryer it wouldn’t dry out clothes, but this place is close to Everything and within walking distance of the beach.

    Lived everything about this condo, awesome space, location was perfect, everything you need in this home is available to you, Property Manager always available for you when needed, pool size was great. Will definitely book again in the future. Kids loved it. Thank you ?
