Stayed May 21, 2026We had a wonderful stay...plenty of room for all. A bit cold the first couple of nights...didn't know how to put heat on. Location, location...next to everything. My host was wonderful. The second floor toilet was not working and I reached out and Kendall got right back to me. Only one key worked. That was the one in the lock box which we used all weekend. There was a second set of car keys with a house key hanging on kitchen hook. This did not fit in the lock, so we just shared one. We loved out stay. It was a bit expensive but close to the beach and Oak Bluffs happenings which was great. Thank you, Tracy Nadeau

Stayed Jul 19, 2025My family stayed for 2 weeks in this very comfortable beach house. It is in the perfect location and had everything we needed to make this a wonderful vacation. It has an older beach house vibe and was what I loved most about it. Owner was responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended

Stayed Aug 29, 2024The property was all it was promoted to be and more. Great location, great facilities, easy to do business with. A few challenges with the key pad entry and a water leak from an upstairs bathroom, but nothing that impaired our enjoyment.

Stayed Sep 1, 2023The house was in the perfect location being a block from the beach and quick walk in 10 min or less to all of the restaurants and bars in Oak Bluffs. Very spacious with multiple balconies/decks to enjoy. The host was very accommodating and even surprised us with a few ACs installed in the house. I would definitely stay here again!
