Stayed Jul 19, 2025Stayed with our young adult children and their friends while we visited extended family over on lake Tippy. The cottage was super clean, comfortable, and included welcoming touches (extra toiletries, coffee, etc.) The kitchen was well supplied and it was extremely helpful to have two full bathrooms for our group. The photos are accurate but don’t include the laundry area off the kitchen—a small space, but a truly unexpected bonus. We had a great stay and would definitely do it again!

Stayed May 19, 2025The property was nice. The dock had not been i stalled before we arrived. It was installed a few days into the trip. We were told there was a ramp by the property, there was but is has been closed for 7 years so had to go find another ramp.

Stayed Jul 25, 2024My friends (6 adults males) stayed at the location and enjoyed it very much. The host provided pretty much everything we needed. Good AC. Fair amount of cooking supplies. We enjoy the location as there are two bar/restaurants in walking distance and there are multiple lakes connected here and a bigger one if you feel like going 7 miles. The only pause is that for adults the location really sleeps 5 unless you can get two adults/kids on a double bed.

Stayed May 30, 2024House was clean and comfortable. Me and my family enjoyed our stay. We were within walking distance to two restaurants and tried both. Neighbors were nice and we all had plenty of room to congregate together. Host was extremely helpful and accommodating.
