BH (Trousdale) Estate 4BD/5BA, Pool, Spa, Tennis/ basketball Court, Gym & More

Christine is an excellent communicator and did a great job, although it seems there’s a disconnect between her and the property owner.Two separate occasions people showed up to use the tennis court, one time when we were out and another while we were there. An example of the owner / property manager disconnect. Early one morning two women were walking the property, taking photos by bedroom windows etc claiming they were architects. We were not told of their appointment. The exterior is messy needs a really good clean. I ended up sweeping the tennis courts so we could use them. Lots of cobwebs and bird poop. The day we were leaving the cleaning people showed up at 10:30. Departure time is 11am.There was a shower blockage in one of the bathrooms and it got seen to the next morning, but not fully fixed until the day after that. Wifi did not work well in bedrooms nearest the driveway. The kitchen has two coffee mugs and two cereal bowls (we are a party of 8) and lots of random equipment that does not work. The coffee machine does work, however. It’s a beautiful house and we enjoyed our stay, I would recommend confirming with Christine that absolutely no one will be coming to the property to use the tennis courts or to take photos for the duration of your trip. Oh and that the exterior will be clean before you get there.

House was spacious and suited our needs. Our family had a wonderful time gathering here. House was clean and we were very comfortable. Owner was very nice and came by at check in to make sure we knew how to operate things and also had new pool sticks delivered the next day to the home. Thank you!

Fraudulent listing, fraudulent pictures, fraudulent communications, fraudulent feedback… lack of courtesy, lack of ethics, lack of conscience. So bad, took VRBO months to provide an owner response that was a flat out lie. Is there a score less than 1? Experience was so bad our time on-site was less than 60-minutes. Fraudulent agreement, no refund, no discussion, FRAUD. Not only would we not stay here again, we have not and will not use VRBO again.

First entering property there was an order, as time went the order got stronger, smell like a septic or plumbing issue.The water pressure was very poor, I understand that it’s an older home but these are things that should be in working order when renting out your property. The toilets were not clean. The entire reason for picking this house was for the amenities, the outside living area was not clean before we arrived, there were leaves and debris in the pool and the outside living area. Before leaving our home we ask the property manager can our RV be park in the drive way, she stated yes, when we arrived the RV could not get into their drive way. This was such an inconvenience and we had to park on the side of the busy street for our entire stay.

To my dismay, it took a staggering three days for the pool to finally reach the desired temperature. This delay not only disrupted my plans but also contradicted the information provided by the host.Moreover, I had an ongoing communication with the host regarding these issues, and I was initially assured that I would be refunded for the incon

There was a small problem with a sink when we arrived, but it was fixed immediately. The owner and property managers are great! It was a wonderful week in a lovely home. Thank you, Gal!

Amazing property … excellent communication with Property Manager

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. The location was great, about 10 minutes from Sunset strip and very peaceful. The inside was very clean and high tech. We really enjoyed watching movies at night on the big screen. The outside was a little bit of a let down. There was no usable basketball on the court and the pool had no net cleaner which made the water undesirable. We did enjoy the tennis court.
