Praia Vermelha do Sul, known as Praia dos Arquitetos, is an ecological condominium considered a model of sustainable allotment. The relationship between the houses is made in order to preserve the full perception of the Atlantic forest. Around the allotment area, there is a wide extension of the Atlantic Forest Nature Reserve, creating an environment of tranquility and preservation.

Our house is a house next to the beach and at the beginning of a mountain located in a beautiful permanent preservation area of Atlantic Forest. With this prime location in mind, the house is designed for year-round use - not just in the summer months - and can function perfectly as a fall or winter cottage. You will find equipment to use it in spring and summer, such as kayaking and sailing (laser), but also in autumn and winter, such as a fireplace in the living room.

Sunny and airy house with privileged views of the Atlantic rainforest that surround the Red Beach South, one block from the beach sand. Two suites with two beds each that together make double beds, and two bedrooms with bunk beds. Large terraces overlooking the woods.
