Stayed Feb 2, 2020Stayed here 4 nights. Everything was as described in the listing. The property manager was very responsive, even though I didn’t have any problems. The weather was cold the few days I was there, but the hot tub was very nice to use, even if I couldn’t swim. Kitchen is well equipped and bed is comfy. I would come back.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our family of four (6 and 4 yo kids) stayed here for five nights in January. We loved the location of this home as it is a quick drive to downtown and highways and a short walk to the park. The home was very clean and supplied with plenty of towels and linens. We did have some issues with the pool heater but management had it fixed by our second full day and we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub in the middle of January. The check-in and check-out process was a little inconvenient as someone must meet you at the house to let you in. Since we were making a long drive with kids and had to deal with traffic it was extra stressful having to make sure we coordinated a specific time. Also, the home is described as kid friendly but we had several major concerns - there are dishwasher and laundry detergent pods easily accessible, the water temperature in the home can be very hot and there are no alarms or extra safety features to keep kids out of the pool area.

Stayed Dec 7, 2019We had a fantastic week stay in Ty's beautiful home. The layout and the furnishings are beautiful - the home could be in a magazine! The kitchen is modern and well stocked - we prepared many of our meals. Beds are comfortable and the master shower is wonderful. Ty also has tons of local - not tourist information - labeled in folders. I can't say enough about the grounds, pool and spa. We spent hours relaxing in the spa - very private. Location is great - easy to walk into town. We will be back next year!

Stayed Jul 25, 2019From the time we met Jimee to give us the keys, to the time we checked out two days later, everything could not have been more perfect. The absolute cleanest VRBO I've ever stayed in. Very modern and spacious. Almost felt like it was staged for an open house. Pool was great to cool down. Had every utensil you could ever need to assist with dinner. We will definitely be back! 10 stars!!

Stayed Mar 16, 2019This house is great for one or two couples. The backyard is private, the neighborhood is quiet and it’s a one mile walk to downtown Palm Springs.
