Tucked away on Brenda Lane just off the hustle and bustle of world-famous 30A lies a gorgeous ranch-style home with the qualities of home living and the luxuries of a vacation resort. No element of this home is below excellence providing you the assurance that this rental property is the right choice. From the five-minute walk to the private beach community, the stately design of the home, including large hallways, comfortable bedrooms, and entertainment spaces for the whole family to the one-of-a-kind private pool, you are undoubtedly going to have an exceptional experience. It is no wonder we have affectionately called this property Better on Brenda. The intricate construction of this home is seen right off the road as you turn into the brick-paved driveway. The beautiful exterior is only the tip of the iceberg as the home features professional design and decoration, large bathrooms, a kitchen, and living, and dining areas. Appliances throughout the house are new and of the highest quality. If you are looking to entertain your family and guests with an unforgettable experience be sure to take advantage of the Alexa-operated Bluetooth sound system that is connected throughout the home. The pool section is like no other seen in 30A offering a large area to swim, relax in the hot tub, grill a meal, or sip a drink by the fireplace. THE SPACE
As you approach the home your eyes are immediately drawn to the driveway that has been hand laid with beautiful brick pavers and is large enough to accommodate at least five vehicles. The exterior of the home is a beautiful white with brown accents on the doors and shutters. The home is located on a quiet street surrounded by natural Florida foliage. You will enter through a beautiful set of French-style doors into the main corridor. This spacious hallway leads directly into the main living and dining chambers, accented with beautiful Herringbone parquet hardwood floors, exposed wood beams, and ornate furniture throughout. Stepping to the left you will enter the first of three master suites. Natural light fills the master suite, accented with a comfortable king-size bed, bedside tables with lights, a dresser for your belongings, a television, and a chair to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. Tucked behind a pocket door, the large, tiled bathroom features a steam shower, a separate walk-in closet, a vanity sink, a large mirror with additional lighting for your convenience, and a chair for your comfort while you get ready for your evening out on 30A. Dual shower heads, floor-to-ceiling tile, and a built-in bench behind a beautiful glass door give guests the ultimate spa treatment in this Roman-Bath-style steam shower.
Across the hall, the second master suite offers a welcoming king-sized bed neatly positioned between two bedside tables and a dresser for personal belongings below a mounted television directly across from the bed. Stepping through a pocket door into the private bathroom, you are sure to notice more than enough space for two to get ready, which works perfectly with a double vanity, a large mirror with dedicated lighting, and a separate walk-in closet for additional storage. The shower head is adjustable which is opposite the shower bench for your relaxation. The theme of these showers is to provide you with that spa resort experience in the comfort of your home. Proceeding to the main corridor, you will walk your way into the main living quarters. This designated space features the living, dining, and kitchen.
Centered around a large mounted television and tiled gas fireplace is the living space. This naturally lit area is complimented with plenty of comfortable seating, rustic centerpieces, and tables, beautiful accented throw pillows and blankets, and offers a workspace behind two barn doors. The space is perfect for a family evening watching your favorite movie or playing a board game. No matter what you decide to do, it will be Better on Brenda! Because of the open concept of the living space you are always within earshot of the dining and kitchen areas. Underneath a sleek chandelier lies a beautiful sturdy table, with cozy seating for ten. The dining area is extraordinarily spacious leaving unlimited space to move freely. Accompanying the large dining table is a set of four comfortable stools along the kitchen island. The granite countertop island is complemented by a large porcelain farmhouse sink and is a perfect space for your preparation needs. The kitchen is equipped with a beautiful range of stainless steel appliances including a double-door fridge, dishwasher, and full gas oven and stove. For the early mornings, this home is provided with both a Keurig and a drip coffee machine. The kitchen area not only comes equipped with every cooking and dining need, but with a wine and beer fridge in the bar area, you are never too far from turning your vacation into a celebration!
The third master suite is adjacent to the kitchen and dining area. This room has direct door access to the pool and patio area in addition to the king-size bed, dresser, television, end tables, and of course, a large bathroom. This spacious full bathroom offers his and her vanity, a zero-entry shower with small format tiles, and plenty of cabinet space. The shower is spacious and designed offering a mounted bench and multiple shower heads for your comfort and convenience. Behind a pocket door is the large walk-in closet featuring all the necessities: shelves, clothing racks, and additional storage.
The mud and laundry room are just down the hall from the third master suite. Inside this space, you will find a stackable washer/dryer, sink, and place to hang dry any clothes. At the end of the corridor is the final bedroom which features a shared bathroom and two full over full built-in bunk beds. This beautiful room is designed with a floor-to-ceiling shiplap, built-in storage space under the bunks, mounted television, and a closet for additional storage. The full bathroom with a tub is accessible through this room and the hallway. Making your way back towards the dining and living room you are certain to notice the back patio area.
The pool area provides all the bells and whistles and is truly a resort-style pool with home living convenience. Having access to both the beach and a private pool in world-class 30A is highly desired! Having access to a large private pool and hot tub, grill, outdoor dining, and fireplace all enclosed within a screened pool area is a rarity. Life really is much Better on Brenda! The large pool which is roughly 15ft by 30ft allows for all swimmer types to enjoy without feeling overcrowded. The hot tub makes for the perfect addition to those long relaxing evenings. If you are looking to stay out of the water but enjoy your company there are plenty of seating options, an outdoor fireplace, an ice maker, and an easily accessible outdoor restroom. As wonderful and beautiful as the inside of the home is, you will be hard-pressed not to spend all your time in the pool area. The tables and chairs are perfect for game night and the cabana chairs are great for sunbathing. Be sure to take full advantage of the grill, outdoor fridge, and ice maker that has been furnished with your convenience in mind!
