Bettendorf Gem: 2BR Condo w/ King Bed & Garage

We LOVED this condo! It was clean, spacious and modern. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of cookware if you like to cook, there was even coffee provided! Sara was prompt in picking up our call when we were having problems getting onto the wi-fi; it was a simple fix! We would definitely stay there again.

The property was terrific. Clean, had everything we needed, quite neighborhood and was close to alot of restaurants. Having access to the garage was an added bonus! If we are in the area again, we would definitely look at staying at this property again.

Easy reservation and pay method. Host was very responsive. When there was no ironing board, they had one dropped off within the hour. The condo was beautiful and perfect for our stay. The guest room bed slats on the bottom came off track but we fixed them easily. We highly recommend staying here or any other Bettendorf property. Thank you for hosting us!

We traveled to Iowa for my son's baseball trip and this was an excellent place to stay! It was clean, spacious and very relaxing. Most of the families stayed in hotel but we were happy to have more space and a kitchen to make food and such. We felt very comfortable and fell so happy we chose to stay here!

Wonderful location, well appointed townhome close to everything. I stayed here while moving my mother from an assisted living facility. I had to extend my stay due to her being hospitalized with the flu. I reached out Sara the property manager, to see if I could extend my stay. She went above and beyond to help me find another rental that I could stay in. When I had to e tend my stay again, Sara found me yet another rental. In a very stressful situation Sara was a life saver. Would highly recommend staying at any of their rentals!

This condo worked perfectly for my wife and I while visiting my family. It has a nice layout, it's decorated very nicely, and most importantly, it was clean and in a perfect location. We will definitely consider this property again on our next trip to the Quad Cities.

I traveled to the Quad Cities with my cognitively disabled son as he wished to return to the community where he grew up. This place was everything I have ever hoped for in a VRBO. While some places present as the least we can do to make you comfortable this place was nearly new, very clean and full of decor choices that communicated care and hospitality.This place communicated, Welcome to your home away from home. We're glad you're here. I especially enjoyed the coffee table book of memorable moments from the I Love Lucy show and the fireplace. I have only two concerns: there was stinky garbage and recycling in the garage, really offensive smell, and there were many cars parked on the street that made me nervous backing out. However, I give this place ten stars out of five! Thank you for a lovely stay.
