Bethany Lakes house w/ private gas grill, balcony, free WiFi, and pool

The home was beautiful and very comfortable.We wished it was closer to the beach.

Spacious and spotless! And a selection of pillows for sleeping!

Overall the experience was good. Only big thing was freezer wasnt working and wasn't fixed during our trip. Somoene came out twice but freezer still didn't work. Just ice cream and ice pops for kids were wasted. Also, was a little disappointed that there were no tennis courts or basketball courts.

The house was nice and clean. Lovely community with nice pool. It was large enough for nine of us and worked out well. The only reason did not give five stars is it does not have a working ice maker. The three ice trays in the freezer took a long time to freeze up. Having to use bagged ice is not ideal and was annoying.

Nice spacious clean home, glad the pool was still open the week after Labor Day. It was nice having a big kitchen that included a high chair for my daughter's baby. Enjoyed our stay, visited the beach, pool, rode on bike paths and went kayaking. Our check in time was 4:00 but the cleaning lady must have just arrived at that time so we had to wait for her to finish cleaning until we entered the house for about an hour. Vacasa did extend my requested days so maybe that was not communicated to the cleaning company. Some spare trash bags should have been left for us to empty the kitchen cans. The carpeting looks like it could use a deep cleaning. The mosquitos were bad so bring bug replant.

We had a wonderful vacation. Grandkids used the pool a lot as the weather was beautiful. Nice house but could use a few updates. Grocery stores close by. Quick drive to the beach , was a perfect week.

The furniture and appointments were very nice. They could use additional lighting around sofas for reading, the overhead lights were not sufficient. The kitchen was certain,y roomy but could use additional glassware and plates. Perhaps there were enough plates and glasses when the season started but if a house says it sleeps ten then there should be ten plates, cereal bowls, and cake dishes. Same with glasses needed move tumblers, juice glasses and wine glasses. Otherwise kitchen was fine. A new can opener would also be nice. The whole community is quiet and the pool is perfect for families

This place has just about everything! You are a few minutes from Bethany, but it feels like a world away. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept, and the house is bright and spacious. It was the perfect fit for our trip and our needs!

Home was exactly as pictured. There was more than enough space for my family to enjoy our Christmas. Living room tv kept going out maybe something to do with the cable box so we weren’t able to enjoy our football games. But other than that the stay was great!

The house was an excellent size and the layout was just right for a large family. Proximity to beaches and town was very good. However the cleaning service was poor especially during the pandemic. The flat surfaces in all the rooms were not cleaned. There were stains on some of the mattress pads and the refrigerator shelves were not cleaned. Fortunately I was prepared and cleaned the house before the rest of the family entered.
