Stayed Aug 17, 2025The property owners took every proactive step to ensure that our stay was fantastic. Although the weather was abysmal for the bulk of the week, the property was so exceptional that it mitigated the disappointment caused by hurricane Erin. I could not evaluate both the hosts and the property with more enthusiasm and would recommend this home to anyone seeking a first class experience.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025Our stay was wonderful! There was constant communication between us and Rich and Fil. I appreciated their quick responses. The house is only 3 blocks from the pool. We used the pickleball courts as well. The house is furnished with everything that you need. Great location. Not far from the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, or anything else that you need. I also like that the house is dog friendly. We will stay there again. Thanks Rich and Fil for creating such an enjoyable week.

Stayed Jul 4, 2025We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful FBR Rentals townhome near Bethany Beach! The home is spacious, spotless, and stocked with everything—from a fully equipped kitchen to beach gear and games. It truly felt like a home away from home. The resort-style community was a huge plus: pools, tennis courts, biking trails, and even a free summer shuttle to the beach. Our dog was welcomed with thoughtful touches like bowls and treats. Reliable Wi-Fi, comfy beds, smart TVs, and an awesome game room made it great for both relaxation and fun. Fil and Rich were super responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommend for families, remote workers, and dog lovers alike!

Stayed Apr 1, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunfish Oasis for the months of April and May, 2025. We really appreciated all the extra touches that the owners provided such as a game room in the garage, fenced-in back yard which our dog loved, the most well-appointed kitchen we have ever experienced in all our years of staying at different rentals, quality and comfortable furnishings, and owners very responsive to our needs. In addition, the location and amenities at Millville by the Sea made our stay even better. We hope to be back soon.

Stayed Jun 2, 2025We absolutely loved our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better vacation home for our family and fur family. The kitchen had everything we needed, the game room was a hit, and our dogs loved the fenced backyard. We enjoyed grilling out, relaxing at the community pool, and playing pickleball. The short drive to the beach was super convenient, and having beach chairs and towels provided was a huge plus and less to pack! Excellent communication from the homeowners made everything so easy—thank you for an amazing stay! Can't wait to plan another visit back soon!

Stayed Aug 17, 2024I rented for a week in August. The location was very convenient and close to all beaches. Just miles from Bethany and a short drive up to Rehoboth. I stayed with my family and the house was beautiful. It had all the amenities you could ask for. Everything you could need was provided beach chairs, towels, cooler and even a fenced yard for the dogs and a BBQ. All you need is food and your clothes. The supermarket is not far and even a washer and dryer so no need to overpack. The community amenities were excellent a pool, playground for the children and trails to walk the dogs. The furnishings were comfortable, definitely feels like you are at home here. The game room was a bonus especially for the children. I definitely recommend you won’t be disappointed.
